The 30k Project, this nationally funded project, chaired by the Bishop of Leicester, aims to bring about change to raise up 30,000 new children and youth ministers (both voluntary and employed) by 2030.

The 30k Project seeks to do this by focusing on these THREE areas:
1. Help churches to recruit 27,000 volunteers with children, young people and their families (CYPF).
2. The training and formation of 3,000 new CYPF ministers.
3. To develop and enhance support for existing employed CYPF ministers.

Looking to find a Sunday School Teaching Assistant, who can play a leading role in the planning and organisation of church activities for children and create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children and their families can connect with the church community and explore the Christian faith.

Celebrating ministry with children and young people
This week (6 to 12 July), is RECOGNISE week - a chance to give thanks for all those involved in ministry with children, young people, and their families (CYPF) in the Church.

Look out for content being shared throughout the week on the diocesan page including messages from churches, to thanks and prayer from Bishop Jonathan and the diocesan CYP Team.
