A special message for our Buzz and Bloom families!

We would love to know if any of our Buzz and Bloom children, including their older brothers and sisters! would like to take part in singing a little harvest-themed song during our harvest service on Sunday 4th October.

It would be absolutely lovely to have some of our children involved and helping to make the celebration extra special!

If your child would like to take part, please send me a message so I can get an idea of numbers and see whether we have enough children to put together a little song.

Everyone is welcome, and we would absolutely love to see lots of familiar faces there supporting us!

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR PARENTS & CARERS

Did you know that from September 2026, if your household receives Universal Credit, regardless of how much you receive, your child may now be entitled to FREE SCHOOL MEALS?

So, even if you only receive a small amount of Universal Credit, it is worth checking!

Please contact your child’s school or your local authority and make sure your child’s eligibility has been checked.

Don’t assume that you will automatically be informed or enrolled.

With the cost of living still affecting so many families, please share this information, someone you know may not realise that they are now entitled to this support.

Please check with your child’s school today if you haven’t already done so!

BUZZ & BLOOM IS ONE!

What a wonderful way to celebrate 1 whole year of Buzz & Bloom!

Today we celebrated our very first birthday with lots of fun, laughter, play, food and happy little faces!

A huge THANK YOU to every family who has joined us over the past year. Whether you've been coming since our very first session or you've only recently discovered us, we are so grateful for your support.

Buzz & Bloom has truly gone from strength to strength, and it's amazing to look back at how much our little group has grown.

And this is just the beginning… watch this space for how Buzz & Bloom will grow over the next year!

As our children and young people head back to school, start a new school, move up a year or begin an exciting journey at college, we just wanted to say… we’re thinking of you all!

New beginnings can bring lots of different emotions, excitement, nerves and everything in between, but we hope this new chapter brings plenty of new friendships, opportunities and happy memories.

And to all our lovely young people who have been part of The Hive… please don’t forget us!

We’d absolutely love you to pop in and see us whenever you can and keep us updated on how you’re getting on.
