We, as the body of Christ, cannot ignore the current situation of poor living standard of Christians in rural areas of Punjab province, who mostly work in brick kilns & crop-fields with low income, discrimination, , un-affordability for education, lack of awareness and depressed mental conditions; moreover, persecution, forcefully conversions and marriages of innocent youth (boys and girls in par
ticular), and threat of blasphemy law which consequently brings death sentence, killing of people, burning of Christian houses and Churches. We, the Christians who are not facing such type of problems should feel the pain of our brothers and sisters, and should give the love and hope for oppressed voices of those who are suffering from tough time. Small steps of awareness, information of resources/educational institutions, counselling and financial support for education; we will see, their lives would be changed from worst into the best, disfavoured into favoured by enriching the soil; and then the proclamation of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ through teaching and preaching would be fruitful to produce future Church leadership, people with unflinching faith, responsible members of Church, earning hands of their families, educated & skilled, capable members of the society, and respectable citizens of the country. So, hear the voice of Christ, yes 'body of Christ' to soften the burden of heavy laden.
