Thinking about giving walking football a try? Here’s what a typical evening looks like!

Every Thursday from 7.00–9.00pm in the Ballywalter Parochial Hall, we enjoy a relaxed and friendly session that includes:

* 🔥 A gentle warm-up and circuits to get moving.
* ⚽ Ball control and dribbling skills.
* 🎯 Target goal shooting and fun skill challenges.
* 🥅 A short 5-a-side walking football game.

We finish every session with tea, coffee and a chat – because it’s about friendship and community as much as football.

No experience needed, no pressure, and all abilities are welcome. Whether you’ve not kicked a ball in years or you’re just looking for a fun way to keep active, we’d love to see you there.
