There's still time to get tickets for the 2026 Kids’ Big Day Out!

It can be a steep learning curve in your twenties to step up into a leadership role in your church.

Attending Emerge 2026, on Saturday 21 March from 10.30am-6.30pm, High Kirk Presbyterian Church, Ballymena, will give you confidence for the journey.

"Equip is an informal training program for anyone, regardless of their age or role in their congregation. It seeks to explore some of the key doctrines of the Christian faith from a distinctively Reformed perspective. We will be thinking about why they matter and what impact they have on our discipleship."

Just a few days to go until SU Ballymena's Celebration Service this Saturday 5th April in Ballyloughan Presbyterian Church at 7:30pm, giving thanks for 15 years of God's faithfulness to the Scripture Union Schools Project in Ballymena.

"We will be joined by some of our local schools to hear from God's Word, hear stories of God's goodness and share in the joy of what He is doing together. There might even be some fifteens..."

The next event is being organised by PCI and Love for Life who are running a night called "Hashtags and Hormones” on Tuesday 4th March in Wellington (7.30pm)

It’s an evening designed specifically for parents and those who care for young people. The programme will explore why silence is not an option when it comes to addressing sensitive issues with our young people, and will celebrate God's life-giving story for relationships and s*x.

We have two events coming up in Ballymena (hosted in Wellington Presbyterian) to make you aware of - the first one was mentioned at our recent leaders forum and is a 'Care for the family' conference.

"GOING THE DISTANCE"

Drifting apart is one of the biggest reasons why many couples decide to call it quits. But there are simple ways to prioritise each other and stop just going through the motions. Thank you for joining us last night for what we hope was a really encouraging and thought provoking time together 😁

Special thanks to Caroline for coming along to share with us about the work and heart of 'Care for the family' as they look to equip parents to bring faith into the everyday of family life and for helping us to think about how we as churches can champion parents and help kids and young people feel an integral part of church family life
