Prayer + Fasting
We invite you to join us this coming week for Prayer + Fasting from 1 - 3 June as we seek the Lord’s face together. We have put together a Prayer + Fasting Guide to help you engage over these three days.

We have different ways for you to engage. On Monday, we will be hosting site-specific Zoom Prayer evenings, and on Wednesday evening, we'll be gathering together at our West Side site for a time of corporate Prayer + Worship.

Come Holy Spirit 🕊🔥
Pentecost was a Jewish festival that became the birth of the Church. However, this was not a one-time event - it was the beginning of a Spirit-filled movement. The Spirit came suddenly, like a rushing wind, signifying God’s presence and power, and that same power that fell on the early Church is available to us today. As we approach Pentecost this Sunday, we pray that God would prepare our hearts and stir an expectation amongst us for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit for boldness, unity, and mission.

We are one church with locations across SW London, but we do love gathering together for All Together services. Join us this Sunday for an All Together service at our Balham site. We are due for some glorious sunshine this weekend, so we’ll be heading over to Tooting Common for a picnic after the All-Together service on Sunday. ☀️

PRAYER + FASTING
In this sermon series, we invite you (the church) to go deeper in prayer, both personally and corporately. Jesus is our model: He regularly retreated from life's responsibilities and expectations to be with the Father, but prayer doesn’t begin and end with Jesus.

So we invite you to join us for a week of Prayer + Fasting from 1 - 3 June as we seek the Lord’s face together. We have different ways for you to engage. We’d like to specifically encourage you to join us for an evening of corporate Prayer + Worship on Wednesday, 3 June at our West Side Site.

Some of the V61 men had a great time together last night! It’s easy to fake it, but we choose to be honest with God and each other, which creates space for Jesus to meet us, challenge us, and shape us.

We’ve got a few men’s and ladies events coming up over the next few months so keep an eye on our socials and website to join the next one!
