A pastor at 3-day Seminar in Plateau State Nigeria said: “When I came to this conference, I thought it was just going to be definitions of trauma but I realised when I got here it was spiritual and practical and something that is real. You can feel the presence of God here. I was so blessed. Sometimes on our journey with God things can cause you pain. He does not exclude us from painful and negative things. I invested a lot of money, but I have lost all of that money. I felt so broken, but when I heard the message yesterday, the healing just came. I felt that burden was lifted off and I was blessed”

Forge 1 – Crewe 🔥

A powerful time together as water flowed and hearts were encouraged. Moments of laughter, humility, and prayer, experiencing God at work among us.

We spent time learning about generational influences, the Lordship of Christ, the power in the blood, and how God brings freedom from fear and healing as we walk in His truth.

"But from everlasting to everlasting the Lord’s love is with those who fear Him, and His righteousness with their children’s children." — Psalm 103:17

Week 2 of Forge 1 Crewe - the teaching was received with enthusiasm and hunger to grow. It’s been so encouraging to see not only the spiritual growth taking place, but also the connections forming as everyone begins to mix, engage, and get to know one another better.

We’re grateful for what God is doing in this season and excited for what’s still to come!

Last weekend the Flame team had the privilege of seeing God at work as they shared and spoke God's truth through drama at Findlay Church Healing Day in Glasgow.

“I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, who is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:10-11.

This was the message to a group of shepherds - unconsidered, marginalised and under occupation by an invading force - a Saviour had come.

This Christmas let us not hurry past the manger to the cross. Let us take time to dwell and wonder at the awesome, wonderful reality of the incarnation. God made flesh. Immanuel, God with us.

He came to die for us, certainly, but that is not the whole story. He came to rise again to give hope, and this is the good news. This is Jesus “who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:2.

Whatever we are facing Jesus came to give us hope, to give us joy. He came, He died, He rose, He reigns.
