Members Agreement Contract
BELIEVE TO ACHIEVE FOUNDATION was establish in Sint Maarten June 20th 2013
1. Each member is required to pay a registration/commitment fee of one hundred dollars USD - $100-(non-refundable) for every year.
2. Members are required to provide two (2) ID-size photographs, Bio-data, copy of passport and contact information which include email address, telephone and cellular numbers, BB Pin # and Facebook name)
3. As a member of BELIEVE TO ACHIEVE FOUNDATION, each one is required be a Dedicated, Active, Outspoken person who displays Good communication and Business skills, a Person of Action, Respectful, Loyal, Humble, Understanding, Patient, Friendly, Hardworking team player and responsible.
4. Members must keep everything that occurs in the foundation confidential.
5. Members are required to attend meetings every week or have a valuable excuse if unable to attend.
6. However, if the foundation is preparing for and event, members will be required to meet at least two (2) to three (3) days of the week.
7. Members are not entitled to any monthly salary.
8. If a member is willing to resign, he or she will have to write a letter of resignation to the foundation. Upon receipt of this letter, there will be no benefit resulting from affiliation with the foundation.
9. If a members leave the foundation, he or she is not allowed to take and lay claim to any of the ideas of the foundation’s events or activities and use these same ideas for his or her own way.
10. Each member is required to invest $200 USD towards the preparation of every event. Once the event is successful and all bill are paid, members will be reimbursed their investment with interest of $100 USD.
11. A member would be able to benefit from the proceeds of the foundation’s events only if he or she has procured a minimum of three (3) reasonable financial sponsors or contributions for the event. In that case, the member will receive a fair cut.
12. If any bill or expense that is to be paid for any event, it must be approved by David Williams.
13. The treasurer is required to hold all receipt for and from events for record and the account.
14. If by chance any member pays for any bill with his or her own finances, he or she will have to retain the receipt of payment until after the event is over then the full amount will be reimbursed.
15. If members do not carry out or uphold their elected position on the board, they will be forced to step down or be booted from the foundation’s board.
16. Each member will be giving an assignment for every event. If he or she is unable to complete the task, that member must notify the board in advance.
17. The foundation’s projected events for the year are as follow: “MISS ELEGANT MOTHER OF THE YEAR PAGEANT” “MISS INTERNATIONAL ELEGANT MOTHERS” “JOYFUL NOISE GOSPEL CHOIR & SPIRITUAL DANCE COMPETITION” “BELIEVE TO ACHIEVE” YOUTH MOVEMENT FOR THE FUTURE DEBATE COMPETITION” “MISTER SXM” and “PRINCE & PRINCESS PAGEANT”. As the Founder, Manager, Treasurer and Vice President of this foundation, I, Mr. David WILLIAMS, dedicate myself to making my vision a reality. The reason for creating this foundation is to put activities and workshops in place for the youths and, at the same time, create a positive academic community, where events are planned to restore the notion of believe to achieve in the heart of the people, especially our youth, and to encourage them to never give up on their dreams.
