L'association a pour objet la fédération des communautés juives d’Afrique sub-saharienne (associations, associations de fait, communautés, communautés de maison, par le développement et la structuration d’une vie juive Casher et Kadosh par la stricte garde de la Torah et des Mitsvot. La fédération est le pendant administratif du Grand Rabbinat d’Afrique et désigne le Grand Rabbin d’Afrique et ses
adjoints, ainsi que les Grands Rabbins Nationaux. Mais aussi la structuration et le développement d'un judaïsme orthodoxe en totale phase avec les traditions tribales africaines issues de la Torah via l'héritage des 10 tribus perdues mais aussi des 40 ans de règne de Moshe Rabbenou en Eretz Koush (qui est le Congo). Mariage, Naissance, Brit Milot, Divorce, Talmud Torah, Handicap, Conversion, Minianim, Casherout, Abattage rituel, sont autant d'activités qui sont instaurées et mises en place selon le Nousakh Afriki, qui n'est ni Sefarade et ni Ashkénaze mais totalement et strictement enraciné dans l'application directe de la Mishna selon les Minhagim du Sod, selon les compréhensions de Rabbi Nekhounia Ben HaKane, Rabbi Akiva, Rabbi Shimon Bar Yohai, Rabbi Meir Baal HaNess, Le Ari HaKadosh, Rabbi Hayim Vital, Rabbi Shalom Sharabi (Le RaShaSh) et le Ben Ish Hai, car ils sont plus en phase avec le quotidien et les réalités qu'affrontent les juifs noirs d’Afrique.
