4 ነገር ግን እግዚአብሔር በምሕረቱ ባለ ጠጋ ስለ ሆነ፥
5 ከወደደን ከትልቅ ፍቅሩ የተነሣ በበደላችን ሙታን እንኳ በሆንን ጊዜ ከክርስቶስ ጋር ሕይወት ሰጠን፥ በጸጋ ድናችኋልና፥
6 በሚመጡ ዘመናትም በክርስቶስ ኢየሱስ ለእኛ ባለው ቸርነት ከሁሉ የሚበልጠውን የጸጋውን ባለ ጠግነት ያሳይ ዘንድ፥ ከእርሱ ጋር አስነሣን በክርስቶስ ኢየሱስም በሰማያዊ ስፍራ ከእርሱ ጋር አስቀመጠን።

5 ከእነርሱም አንዱ ምሰሶውን ሲቆርጥ የምሳሩ ብረት ወደ ውኃው ውስጥ ወደቀ፤ እርሱም፡— ጌታዬ ሆይ፥ ወየው! ወየው! የተዋስሁት ነበረ ብሎ ጮኽ።
6 የእግዚአብሔርም ሰው፡— የወደቀው ወዴት ነው? አለ ስፍራውንም አሳየው፤ እንጨትም ቆርጦ በዚያ ጣለው፥ ብረቱም ተንሳፈፈ።
7 እርሱም፡— ውሰደው አለ፤ እጁንም ዘርግቶ ወሰደው። 2ነገ 6፣5

3 ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስም በሥጋ እንደ መጣ የማይታመን መንፈስ ሁሉ ከእግዚአብሔር አይደለም፤ ይህም የክርስቶስ ተቃዋሚው መንፈስ ነው፤ ይህም እንዲመጣ ሰምታችኋል፥ አሁንም እንኳ በዓለም አለ።1ዮሐ 4፣3
