Jesus Christ Ruth’s eternal compensation.

11. Boaz replied, “I’ve been told all about what you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband—how you left your father and mother and your homeland and came to live with a people you did not know before.

12. May the Lord repay you for what you have done. May you be richly rewarded by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge.””
‭‭Ruth‬ ‭2‬:‭11‬-‭12‬.

Genuine loyalty and honour always lead to a satisfactory blessing, more than enough reward, over answered prayers, life and destiny defining compensation.

Even before Boaz got married to Ruth he has heard of her kindness, love and honourable treatment of her mother-in-law Naomi. This prayer of compensation for Ruth by Boaz was well deserved and God Almighty answered it.

Boaz got married to Ruth Obed was born, Obed gave birth to Jesse and Jesse gave birth to David the second king of the nation of Israel. Ruth became the great grand mother of King David was just the beginning of the great compensation.

A good understanding of the Holy Scriptures and God’s eternal plan showed that Jesus Christ was the major target. Jesus Christ who came from the tribe of Judah as King David was the real compensation for Ruth.

This eternal royal family started with Ruth what compensation could be more than this? God Almighty compensated Ruth making her a matriarch of eternal royal family, out of her lineage the Saviour of the world was born.

The God we serve is a God of compensation when the cloud is full and the due time has arrived. Divine Compensation is arranged, fixed and brought to pass by God. All that you and I needs to do is keep serving the LORD with our focus on Christ.

Hear this:

God is not a man that can be influenced, lied to or manipulated not to reward you when it is your due time. Make sure you keep sowing the right seeds on the right soil, keep labouring for the betterment of God’s kingdom on earth and humanity.

It is my prayer we will have a clear understanding that there is divine compensation. This will influence and motivate us to do what is right always in Jesus Name.

Compensation an act of God’s mercy.

1. And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan's sake?

3. And the king said, Is there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet.

9. Then the king called to Ziba, Saul's servant, and said unto him, I have given unto thy master's son all that pertained to Saul and to all his house.

10. Thou therefore, and thy sons, and thy servants, shall till the land for him, and thou shalt bring in the fruits, that thy master's son may have food to eat: but Mephibosheth thy master's son shall eat bread alway at my table. Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.”
‭‭2 Samuel‬ ‭9‬:‭1‬, ‭3‬, ‭9‬-‭10‬

God’s mercy is not weakness, God’s mercy is not accepting, condoning or endorsement of evil. Rather the mercy of God is always out for rescue, salvation, solution and compensation.

“Mercy is compassion in full parade”

King Saul treated King David so bad he wanted him dead and forgotten but God’s mercy on David’s side saved him.
David had a wonderful friend in King Saul’s son Jonathan.

Jonathan knew the kingdom or the throne of Israel has left his father and God has replaced him with David. Instead of being jealous or joined his father to eliminate the future king. He protected and had a wonderful relationship with David.

God has withdrawn His mercy from King Saul and this affected the entire family. King Saul and Jonathan his son went to war and both lost their lives.
The family of Saul in a process of time disintegrated, collapsed and scattered.

However Jonathan had a son called Mephibosheth a cripple who lived in Lodebar. This man was born a Prince a future King of Israel but his grandfather King Saul’s errors, sins and open rebellion to God’s will and the departure of divine mercy turned life against him.

Mephibosheth lived in penury, abject poverty, a life and standard of living far from royalty and luxury. Coupled with his state of health a cripple, a physical disability that made life more miserable
and sorrowful for him.

The mercy of God was not at sleep, his father Jonathan’s kind gestures and good relationship with King David came alive in the heart of God. The Almighty God touched the heart of King David to remember his friend Jonathan.

It was time for compensation, it was time for reward and restoration. It was time to bring Prince Mephibosheth back to where he belongs the royal palace. King David enquired about the family of late King Saul.

Ziba the chief servant to King Saul was brought before King David, he knew where Mephibosheth was but the question that came to my mind as I write this little piece is.

Why did Ziba, his wife, 15 sons and 20 servants took over completely what was not theirs and the rightful owner was living in poverty and misery?

The answer came to me with the help of the Holy Sprit. When mercy departs from a man anything can happen to him and his family. This verse came to my mind

“I have seen servants upon horses, and princes walking as servants upon the earth.”
‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭10‬:‭7‬ ‭

When mercy departs a Prince will live and walk as a servant while a servant will live and walk as a Prince. The mercy of God protects and preserves life, God’s ordained glory and honour.

Glory be to Jesus Christ King David brought Mephibosheth back home to the palace to eat on the same table with him. Compensated and restored all that belonged to his grandfather King Saul to him. Made Ziba, his 15 sons and 20 servants to serve and labour for him for life.

I see divine compensation coming to you, your family, business, career and all that are pertaining to you in Jesus Name.

Hear this:

The journey to divine compensation begins with you asking Jesus Christ to come into your heart to be Lord and Saviour. If you are born again already make sure your your relationship with God is fruitful and your altar is on fire.

It is my prayer we will experience divine compensation where we have been stolen from, deprived of our rights and privileges. The good seeds we have sown and still sowing, our kingdom involvement and investments all will be compensated in due time in Jesus Name.

Divine compensation by obedience.

1. And it came to pass, that, as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret,

2. And saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets.

3. And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon's, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship.

4. Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.

5. And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.

6. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭5‬:‭1‬-‭6‬.

Peter moved from a failed business to a mega breakthrough by obedience. Obedience to the word of God at any time has never failed and it will never fail.

Peter allowed Jesus Christ to used his ship to teach and preach the gospel. When Jesus Christ was done ministering the word.

It was time for compensation every act done to promoting the gospel of Jesus Christ will be rewarded instantly or in the near future. Jesus Christ asked Peter to let down his net into the sea for a catch.

Peter explained to Him how the night has been rough and tough, he and his partners has laboured and toiled all night without a catch.

However at the command of the master Jesus Christ he would obey and when he did. He moved from emptiness to abundance and his partners were not left out of the mega compensation.

This mega compensation and breakthrough in business came as a result of two things.

(1) Peter sowed into the ministry of Jesus Christ by allowing Him used his ship after a failed and unsuccessful night fishing. Not everyone will allowed that to happen because at the moment Peter was sad, confused and frustrated.

At the time Peter gave his ship to Jesus Christ he was at his worst moment, meaning even at his lowest point in life he gave or sowed into the work of God.

This act deserves a reward and a huge compensation to teach us even in our lowest levels we can still serve God and there something we have that He can use.

(2) Obeying the word of Jesus Christ by letting down his net for a catch against all odds was faith in action. Sowing and reaping has always been by faith and not when everything is in perfect condition.

Waiting for when everything will be perfect and smooth before obeying God is called walking by sight and that is not faith. We live by faith and not by human observations that are not inline with the word of God and His Spirit.

Living by faith is living by the revelation of the word of God, it is living by the light or divine understanding gotten from the word under the leadership of the Holy Spirit. In the case of Peter the word or the statement “Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.” came directly from Jesus Christ the living word Himself.

It takes obedience to activate the word of God ‭‭and Peter did exactly that, his worst, ugly and disappointing moment was turned into a mega business breakthrough.

Hear this:

What is important no matter your situation is the ability to hear and know what God is saying. If you can hear Him correctly and obey your ugly moment will definitely turn around. Peter heard Jesus Christ correctly and obeyed, he walked into rest and blessings beyond his understanding.

It is my prayer we will hear God correctly at all times to be on
top of all situations and not to be under them in Jesus Name.

Divine compensation is on God is replacing shame with double honour, the forgotten is remembered and rewarded in Jesus Name.
