STATEMENT OF SUPPORT AND APPRECIATION
Zambasulu Students’ Union in Cairo
The Zambasulu Students’ Union in Cairo proudly expresses its full support, solidarity, and appreciation for the Mahardika Party, the political party representing the historic political legacy and continuing aspirations of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF).
Our support for the Mahardika Party is deeply rooted in the history and identity of our association. Many of the elders and founders of the Zambasulu Students’ Union are members and supporters of the MNLF. From its beginnings, our association has carried this historical connection with pride, and the MNLF has remained an important part of the story and identity of the Zambasulu community.
For us, supporting Mahardika is therefore more than supporting a political organization. It is an expression of our respect for the sacrifices, struggles, and legacy of the generations who came before us and who devoted themselves to the aspirations of the Bangsamoro people.
We also convey our deepest gratitude to the MNLF leadership, under the Acting Chairmanship of Shaykh Abdulkarim Misuari, for its continued support and concern for the Zambasulu community in Egypt.
We especially recognize the assistance and support extended by the MNLF to our students studying in Egypt and to the programs and activities of the Zambasulu Students’ Union. Of particular significance is the MNLF's support for our annual celebration honoring and recognizing our graduates—an occasion that celebrates the academic achievements of our students and reminds us that education remains one of the most important investments in the future of our people.
Such support has not gone unnoticed. It has strengthened our students, encouraged our graduates, and reinforced the bond between our community in Egypt and the broader Bangsamoro movement.
As the BARMM Parliamentary Elections approach, the Zambasulu Students’ Association in Cairo therefore stands in solidarity with the Mahardika Party. We recognize Mahardika as a political expression of the MNLF's historical legacy and aspirations, and we extend our strongest support and confidence to the party in the coming electoral undertaking.
We call upon our fellow Zambasulu, our friends, and all those who share the ideals of unity, dignity, self-determination, peace, education, and service to recognize the significance of this historic political journey.
May the Mahardika Party continue to uphold the principles and aspirations that have guided generations of the Bangsamoro struggle, while advancing a future founded upon peace, justice, education, unity, and meaningful development for the Bangsamoro people.
To the leadership of the Moro National Liberation Front, particularly Acting Chairman Shaykh Abdulkarim Misuari, we extend our heartfelt shukran and appreciation for your continued support to our students and our association.
