Patria Ministries

Patria Ministries Patria Ministries is a family of churches and ministries with common vision and connected by a common strand of spiritual DNA.

Patria is a Greek word used three times in the New Testament (Luke 2:4, Acts 3:25, Ephesians 3:15) and translated as "linage, kindred or family". The word itself speaks of paternal descent, that is it refers to a group of families or a whole race or nation. Ephesians 3:14-16
For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is

named,
NKJV

Vine's explains the reference in Ephesians as relating to all those who are spiritually related to God the Father and thus being united to one another in "family" fellowship. Thayer's indicates the word is used for a race, tribe or group of families, all of whom lay claim to a common origin. Patria Fellowship is an association of churches and ministries with common vision. Although each individual church or ministry may have its own distinctive (just as each individual member of a family has their own distinct identity), we are connected by our common strand of spiritual DNA. Churches have long been considered families, but when it comes to relationships among churches and ministries, governmental and denominational mindsets have often won the day. It is our desire that Patria Fellowship extend the concept of family upward as we relate to one another as a clan or tribe of families striving together to advance the Kingdom of God, our Father.

As we step into a new year, remember this:
You are a witness, not a salesman.
Your job isn’t to force decisions; it’s to love well, shine brightly, and move people one step closer to Jesus.
Plant. Water. Trust God with the growth.
That’s how revival really begins.

From an empty Garden… to an empty Tomb.
The story of redemption didn’t start at Bethlehem, it started before time, in the heart of God.
And the victory wasn’t just won at Calvary, it was sealed when the stone rolled away.
This week we celebrate the One who restores Eden, breaks the veil, and invites us back into the Presence we were created for.
Merry Christmas, He is risen, He is here, and He is enough.

Honor strengthens what the enemy tries to divide.
Honor builds bridges between generations, between leaders, between believers, and even between strangers. It lengthens your life, enlarges your peace, and increases your influence.
When in doubt this month - choose honor. It moves Heaven.

His Presence > Our Purpose.
Purpose is good, but Presence transforms. Moses refused to move an inch without God going with him, even when the Promised Land was guaranteed.
As the year winds down, let’s make the same choice:
“Lord, don’t let me go anywhere Your Presence isn’t leading.”
Everything changes from there.

The Kingdom doesn’t vanish just because our eyes are closed. It’s here - working, moving, stirring.
December tends to pull our attention toward everything except the reality of God’s presence, but Jesus said the Kingdom is within you.
Open your eyes. Let Him reign in the places that feel chaotic.
The Kingdom is at hand

Encouragement breaks isolation.
This month, ask the Lord to highlight one believer who needs a reminder that they’re not alone. A note. A call. A prayer. A simple moment of kindness carries the breath of God with it.
Hebrews 10:24–25 still works — maybe more now than ever.

“Unity doesn’t mean uniformity, it means love in action.”
The early church didn’t agree on everything, but they refused to let those disagreements break fellowship. Paul and Peter had a fiery moment of correction, yet they stayed family. If they could fight for unity in a divided world, so can we.
Let’s be the kind of believers who build bridges instead of walls.

As this Giving Tuesday comes to a close, I just want to say thank you. Whether you gave, prayed, shared a post, sent a kind message, or simply took a moment to learn more about what Patria does, I’m grateful.

Your support helps us walk with pastors, missionaries, marketplace leaders, itinerant ministers, and emerging leaders in the moments when they need encouragement and clarity the most. Every bit of generosity, whether financial or prayerful, helps us keep saying “yes” to the leaders God sends our way.

I don’t take any of this for granted. Thank you for believing in this work and for caring about the people who carry so much on behalf of others. You’re helping strengthen the leaders who strengthen the Church, and that matters more than most people ever see.

If you still feel led to give before the end of the year, you can do that anytime at www.patriaministries.org
But tonight, I simply want to say thank you. Your support means more than you know.

We are a family of spiritual leaders & ministries. Although each individual leader and ministry may have its own distinctive (just as each individual member of a family has their own distinct identity), we are connected by our common strand of spiritual DNA.

Today is Giving Tuesday, and for the first time in nearly fourteen years, I’m inviting not only Patria members but everyone who believes in healthy Kingdom leadership to consider standing with us.

Patria exists to strengthen Christian leaders. Pastors, missionaries, marketplace influencers, itinerant ministers, and emerging leaders often find themselves carrying burdens they can’t share publicly, and we walk with them through those moments with relationship, encouragement, and Spirit-led wisdom.

Much of this ministry happens behind the scenes:
• late-night calls
• prayer during stressful seasons
• helping leaders navigate crossroads
• showing up when finances can’t cover outside help

We don’t provide leaders with financial support. We do carry the cost of walking with them, especially when they can’t afford to bring help to them.

If you’ve ever been blessed by a leader, or you simply care about the people who guide and encourage others, I’d be grateful if you would consider making a Giving Tuesday gift. Your support helps us keep saying “yes” to the leaders God brings our way.

Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday, and I’d like to invite you into the heart of what Patria does.

We don’t fund leaders. We walk with them. We support pastors facing hard decisions, missionaries navigating isolation, marketplace leaders learning to lead with purpose, and men and women who are just beginning to discover their calling. And we never want money to be the reason someone goes without the support they need.

If Patria has blessed you, encouraged someone you love, or helped strengthen a leader in your life, would you take a moment today to pray about joining us tomorrow?

Your generosity helps us keep showing up where God sends us.

Giving Tuesday is just two days away, and I wanted to share a simple reminder of why this day matters for Patria.

Most of the ministry we do never shows up on a stage. It happens in conversations, prayer, counsel, and the steady encouragement leaders need when life presses in on them. Pastors, missionaries, marketplace leaders, itinerant ministers, and emerging leaders often carry more than anyone realizes, and we get to walk with them.

If you’ve ever been strengthened by a leader, or you care about the people who help shepherd others, I’d love to ask you to pray about joining us this week. Every gift, large or small, helps us keep saying “yes” to leaders who need support.

More details coming soon.

As we head toward Giving Tuesday on December 2, I wanted to take a moment to share something close to my heart. Many of you know I travel a lot, meet with leaders, and spend a good deal of time on calls, but you may not always know why.

Patria exists for one simple purpose: to strengthen Christian leaders so they can keep leading well. Pastors, missionaries, marketplace influencers, itinerant ministers, emerging leaders—people who pour out every day, often without anyone pouring back into them.

Our ministry happens in the everyday moments:
• helping a pastor navigate a tough season
• praying with a missionary who feels alone
• coaching an emerging leader who’s just discovering their calling
• offering wisdom and encouragement when someone needs a steady voice

We don’t fund leaders, but we do walk with them, especially when they don’t have the resources to bring help to them. And we never want money to be the reason someone goes without support.

As Giving Tuesday approaches, I simply want to invite you to learn more about the heart behind what we do. If you love leaders, care about pastors, or appreciate the people who help shepherd communities, you’re already a part of this story.

And if God stirs your heart to give - whether a little or a lot - I can assure you it will go directly toward strengthening the leaders who strengthen others.

I’ll share more on Tuesday, but for now, I’d be grateful for your prayers and your encouragement.
