🌸✨ San Lorenzo Ruiz Parish Youth Coordinating Council | Fiesta sa Kabataan ✨🌸

Reflecting upon May 29, 2026, we recall our Fiesta sa Kabataan, which was a joyful finish of our Flores de Mayo celebration.

A month filled with flowers, prayer, and hymns offered to our Blessed Mother Mary culminated into an event of unity, happiness, and fellowship. This unique occasion not only brought us together for some fun but was also a manifestation of how much we loved our Mother Mary who constantly directs us to be close to her Son, Jesus Christ.

The end of this Flores de Mayo period is a time to embrace the lessons about faithfulness, dedication to service, and Marian devotion that we have been taught during this month. Let us keep the spirit of our gathering in our hearts and continue serving as faithful disciples and devoted sons/daughters of Mama Mary.

🌷 A whole month in the name of Mama Mary, ending with grateful and happy hearts.
🙏 In our Blessed Mother Mary, we grow in faithfulness. In our fellowship, we become one family.

𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐨 𝐑𝐮𝐢𝐳 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 | Flores de Mayo 2026

𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭 𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 is an initiative for the children of Flores de Mayo 2026. In record, we have 𝟳𝟱𝟱 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 joining the daily activities across different chapels and in the parish. The aim is to collect donations that will utilized in giving school supplies to children who joined the Flores de Mayo for the entire month of May.

Ang 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭 𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 usa ka insyiatibo alang sa mga kabataan sa Flores de Mayo 2026. Sa pagkakaron, adunay 𝟳𝟱𝟱 ka mga bata ang mirehistro ug miapil sa Flores de Mayo gika sa mga kapilya ug sa atong parokya. Ang tumong sa maong inisyatibo mao ang pag kolekta ug igo nga pondo o donasyon alang sa paghatag ug school supplies sa mga bata nga miapil sa Flores de Mayo sa tibuok bulan.

𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙙𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙤 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙨' 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨' 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥

To full equip our youth catechists and facilitators for the Flores de Mayo 2026, an orientation and seminar workshop on the Archdiocese of Cebu Catechetical Ministry's guide named "𝙈𝙜𝙖 𝘽𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙠 𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖" a guide for May catechesis for children was done last April 26, 2026. This capacity training was done to ensure an organized way of teaching the sequence of lessons inside the guide.

The workshop was headed by members of the Parish Youth Coordinating Council, and was attended by Youth Volunteers from the Parish and different Chapels.
