1Cor 2:10-11
Only the Spirit of God in us can reveal to us the deep things of God.
You can't know God if you don't have the Holy Spirit, you can't have the Holy Spirit if you haven't accepted Christ, you can't accept Christ if you haven't heard the gospel of Jesus Christ and you can't hear the gospel of Jesus if you don't go to a Bible believing Church...there is a church close to you

Building yourself in the most Holy faith because your faith will be tested

Heb 3:6,&12-14
Romans 15:3-4 & 13

The purpose for us reading and studying the Bible is to receive Hope (Christ in you who is the source of hope) and be filled with joy and peace for us to believe in our God in trial times.

You can only overcome persecution with the word of God
You are building your most holy faith to stand the test of times

The joy and peace of God is beyond persecution that's why you have peace in that ugly situation

David understood this revelation and said restore to me oh Lord the joy of my salvation

If you have the peace and joy once the test of time comes your way you can endure and be able receive the promise

Your belief/faith is for the saving of your soul and not for material possessions Heb 10:39, 1Pt 1:9

1. The devil has nothing in me Jn 14:30

2. I please God with my lifestyle Heb 11:5

3. I remain faithful to Jesus 2Tim 4 : 6-7

John 4:42
"Then they said to the woman, Now we believe, not because of what you said, for we ourselves have heard Him and we know that this indeed is the Christ, the Savior of the world."

The Samaritan woman came preaching the miracle Jesus did for her just like what many are doing today but the men went and instead believed because of the word they heard.

They knew Jesus through the word not through miracles...Are you still after miracles instead of seeking to know the miracle worker Himself?

Seek ye first the kingdom of God and it's righteousness every other thing shall be added

While seeking you must be righteous, without sin and blameless..we always forget this part...

John 6:26
"Jesus answered them and said, Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled.
Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the son of man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him".

If you seek to know the miracle worker, you will have the miracles but if you seek to have the miracles, you will lose the miracle worker
