A REMINDER FROM YESTERDAY'S SERVICE...
Yesterday, we were reminded that when God opens a door of restoration, He doesn't just give back what was lost—He restores what the loss affected.
From Joel 2:25–26, we looked at five things God can restore when a new season begins:
1. Time — God can make your latter days carry the fruitfulness that was missing in earlier seasons. You may have lost years, but you haven't lost God's ability to make your remaining days count.
2. Fortunes — Restoration is not only about getting back what left your hands; it is also about recovering the capacity to produce again.
3. Destiny & Purpose — God can revive what was interrupted: your fire, vision, courage, relevance and divine assignment.
4. Divine Relationships — Sometimes restoration comes through the right people. God doesn't always bring back the old connections; sometimes He introduces the right people for your next chapter.
5. Joy, Dignity & Honour — God can restore what nobody can see: your peace, confidence, joy and dignity after seasons of pain and shame.
And perhaps the greatest reminder was this:
Restoration is not merely recovering what left your hand; it is recovering the capacity that made your hand fruitful.
So if you've been through a season that made you feel behind, empty, forgotten or broken, don't mistake the season for your destiny.
God still knows how to restore.
