1. Distinguish Acceptance from Loyalty: Acceptance acknowledges reality as it is, while loyalty reflects steadfast commitment to a person or principle. The two are distinct and should not be confused.

2. Beware of Misplaced Advocacy: At times, we may align ourselves with the underprivileged not out of genuine support, but as a means to diminish others. We often fail to realize that the consequences of such actions will ultimately affect us more than those we seek to undermine.

3. Manage Your Expectations: Much of our frustration arises when we convert our thoughts into rigid expectations of how events should unfold, rather than adequately preparing for various outcomes.
