2) Discover that you're lost

Text: Luke 15:17-21
Topic: DO NOT PROCRASTINATE ACTING RIGHT.
Introduction: We live in world where people think of doing good or people have plans to do the right thing but they end up procastinating. The prodical son after spending all his part of the wealth his father gave him, he came back to his senses and decided to go back to his father, and his father welcomed him warmly.
No matter what you've done in the past don't procrastinate come back to your father because he's always ready to receive you. We will be examining 3 points today;
Inorder not to procrastinate acting rightly;
1) Act right away: You know your past life, your secret and open life and if you want to be in God's plan, if you want to liberated act right away. We live in a world of destructions, mockery, and all other earthly things and children of God should not procrastinate in following God's will for their lives. When you fail to act immediately you're not helping yourself in any way. Procrastination destroys. The time to repent is now and right away. When you're procrastinating you procrastinate your fortunes and future.
2) Act without being hindered by unlookers: Our problem in the church is because we are afraid to mocked by people and sometimes people procrastinate for fear of rejection by others. The truth is when people decide to follow God the majority will say it is frustration. Don't allow anyone or anything to be a hinderance to your decision. We live at a time where people who loved God turn to backslide because they want to please others. The majority so often can be wrong so we should not follow the crowd and we should be remnants.
3) Act with a true and sincere confession; The prodical son had a sincere confession and pleaded on his father for forgiveness. Today we normalize everything we do and it's not good. When you make a true and sincere confession you will be firm in your faith. If you have all the wealth on earth but without Jesus you have nothing .
Conclusion: Nobody is complete without Jesus. Don't leave your life to be controlled by useless things and people rather surrender your all to God. Life on Jesus is virtuous, arranged and complete. So make things right with Him.
