GOD Wants You Wealthy

GOD Wants You Wealthy God Wants You Wealthy so that

Your needs may be met, And that
You may abound in good deeds, and by so doing be an extension of His hand here on earth.

God Wants You Wealthy so that:
* Your needs may be met
* You may abound in good deeds, and in so doing be an extension of His hand here on earth. He gives us power to make wealth. Your needs may be far beyond what you thing...you need a house of your own, not money for rents, you need to leave and inheritance for your children and children's children. You need to care for those that matter to th

e Father, our God - the widow, the orphan, the poor and needy. You need to support the work of the Lord, the expansion of his Kingdom. Make all the wealth you can, dwell in him, and allow Him to work through you. You will be fulfilled like never before. Trust in God, and not in the wealth you make. Wealth is neither evil nor Godly, it takes the nature of the person that handles it. A Godly person will use wealth to promote the Kingdom of God, while and evil person will use wealth for his selfish desires. Let none deceive you!

GOOD INVESTMENT
1) Good Investment SHOULD NOT make you less a generous person than you were before, given that one of the main reasons we seek wealth is to meet needs beyond ours...
YOU MUST remember the poor, widow, stranger, and the House of God always.

2) Good Investment should not stretch you beyond limit; though it is good to be hardworking, you MUST NOT make yourself a slave to work, and a prisoner of investment. Trust in the Grace of God to produce abundance out of your hardwork, and in His mercy to make up for your shortcomings.
Yu must remain in good health in order to enjoy the fruit of your investment, and besides, what will it profit you if, after making all the money, you spend it all in the hospital to fight Hypertension?

Want Wealth?...GET YOUR MOTIVES RIGHT

2 You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God. 3 When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. [James 4:2-3 NIV]

Our motives for seeking wealth is KEY. If our motives are wrong, if our desire to get rich is so we may live a life of luxury, we will certainly receive nothing from God. We will fall in love with Mammon, and will be ready to "kill, quarrel and fight" for the sake of money. You may not kill physically, but you may step on others' toes, even brethren, in order to get rich.

There are countless genuine reasons we should seek wealth
* Think of the orphans, widows, refugees, homeless, prisoners, patients in the hospital, some of whom can't receive proper treatment because of lack of money, or leave the hospital because of unpaid bills.
* Think of missionaries out there going through thick and thin to get the Gospel to the darkest parts of your country, places you yourself may not even dare to go...
* Think of all you could do to so the Light of God may shine brighter into the world, through your Love...

Do you see why you need to acquire all the wealth you can?
Get rich, not only for yourself, but for all those the Lord shall direct your steps to.

10 Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. 11 You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. [2 Corinthians 9:10-11]

WEALTH IS NOT AN EVIL...rather, a powerful tool
In the house of the righteous is abundant wealth, but the income of the wicked brings trouble [Proverbs 15:6]

In the hands of the righteous, wealth is a tool, a servant, or better still, a slave. In addition to rendering your life comfortable, it will go a long will to advance the Kingdom of God.

Many have used the Scripture "Money is the root of all evil" to draw the conclusion that a child of God is not supposed to be rich...But Scripture makes us understand that a good tree can only bear good fruit, and a bad tree bad fruit.

Therefore, riches can only be a powerful tool in the hands of a good hearted person.

10 Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. 11You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. WHY GOD WANTS YOU WEALTHY
---- 1°) SO YOUR NEEDS BE MET----

19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus [Philippians 4:19 - NIV].

One of God's greatest desires is that you possess all that you need inorder to live comfortably - good food, nice clothing, adequate housing, fees for your children, proper means of transport, etc.

Now, good housing goes beyond renting, God providing you shelter means a house of your own. You are not called to live in another man's house for the rest of your life. By the way, when you go on retirement (if you are a salaried worker), your pension will be a small fraction of your salary, and you may therefore have to downgrade your standard of living in order to cope, even if you have some savings.

Some believe that a Christian is supposed to have just about enough to take care of his needs. Do they really understand what they have as needs, or are they allowing ignorance to mess them up?

In order to build a decent 2 bedroom house in a place like Cameroon, you need over 10 million F CFA (land, house plan, building, finishing, cabling, water connections, etc.) How do you ever have your own house if all you earn is just about what you need for your day to day life?
The same goes for your means of transport.

It is not luxery to own a house, or a car. These are basic necessities...you must believe God for them.
Needless to say that the years when wearing rags was synonimous to being a good Christian are gone. Poverty is no sign of humility. A truely humble person is one who has tasted riches and yet remains humble.

2015 - A YEAR FOR ACTION - THE CHOICE IS YOURS
The choice is yours:
* To Watch TV for 8 hours per day or spend time exploring the many opportunities arround you...there are lots of opportunities out there, contrary to what the masses believe. Spend some time in brainstorming and research...

* To keep elaborating on that business idea you have or to keep singing that you don't know where finances will come...believe it or not, finances is not the most difficult thing to get when you have a business idea.

* To work hard and produce over 100% at your job side or to keep complaining that you are not well treated by the company...When you grow beyond your position, through excellence and hard work, elevation must come...it doesn't come from the east or the west, but from GOD.

* To keep singing that there are no job opportunities in your country, or to explore the market and find out what those who are getting jobs have that you don't, and to know what sectors are recruiting.

* It has always been your choice to succeed, or to keep blaming the devil for every mishap. God has provided everything that pertains to life and Godliness, it is up to you to stretch your hand and draw riches from his heavenly treasure.

RICHES - ADVANCING THE KINGDOM
In the Kingdom of God, riches have a purpose...and unless you agree with that purpose, your heart will certainly be consumed in its quest.

Riches are for the advancement of the kingdom of God: financing the preaching of the gospel, enhancing fellowship through welfare, dishing love to the world in practical terms, and, of corse, taking care of your needs and leaving an inheritance for your children's children.

In Christ, we don't get rich solely for ourself, we do so for the sake of Christ and his work. In other words, we are stewards of the riches he places in our hands (For more, you may consider reading the book Financial Stewardship bu Andrew Wommack).

Everything in life boils down to motives. Man may judge with the physical eye, but God sees deep down into our hearts. If your motives are right, your hardwork will produce immense riches and enable you to shine your light more and more into this dark work.

HARNESSING WEALTH- EXCELLENCE Vs OVERQUALITY
Most often, we mistake overquality for excellence.
Overquality is a form of waste that pushes people to go in for the best that exists irrespective of their resources (which are often limited). It is the origin of debts in most of the programs we organise, or a low quality to cost ratio in the products we offer.

In our individual lives, overqualty manifests in the form of Living above out means. We want things our level of income does not permit us to get, so we indebt ourselves.

Excellence on the contrary is the ability to make the best out of what we have, no matter how little it may be; if we are unable to do so (faithfulness in little), it's not when our resources will be multiplied that we will do.

Excellence is a spirit, and it will always capture the heart of those to whom you serve it. Ofcourse, that spirit grows.
Overquality, a form of waste, will take you out of competition; watchout! Excellence will lift you up, and make you rule over the market - go for it....

HARNESSING WEALTH - WISDOM N°4
SKILL - DILIGENCE - EXCELLENCE
Seest thou a man diligent in his business? He shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men [Proverbs 22: 29 - KJV]

Skill or diligence, or excellence is one of the major things that distinguish one worker, one business man, or one man of God from another. Your skill can usher you into the pres-ence of high personalities and change your life forever.

Unfortunately, most of us Christians are faulty in this, and are not better than the natural man; though we have better weapons, better promises, and a greater hope. We have the Creator of all riches on our side, but have only succeeded to stand before mean men so far.

Example of excellence: DANIEL
because an excellent spirit, knowledge, and understanding to interpret dreams, ex-plain riddles, and solve problems were found in this Daniel, whom the king named Belteshaz-zar. Now let Daniel be called, and he will show the interpretation.” [Daniel 5: 12 - ESV]

Then this Daniel became distinguished above all the other high officials and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him. And the king planned to set him over the whole kingdom. [Daniel 6: 3 - ESV]

World renowned manufacturers such as Mercedes, Michelin, Toyota, etc. couldn’t have attained such rank without the quest for excellence, for better quality (product and service). They develop new products day after day in order to have an edge over their competitors.

If you don’t strive for excellence, if you don’t make progress, you will soon be overtaken by competitors, even if you were the first to introduce the product into the market. If you don't strive for excellence, even the Gospel you preach will become stale, while the mistries of God keep unfolding day after day.

If you are sleeping, Rise Up,
If you are walking, Run,
If you are running...run faster
Just try to be more hardworking and more productive day after day!

HARNESSING WEALTH - HARD WORK Vs GRACE?
Is Hardwork of any importance, given that we live under Grace?
You may say “The grace of God is available, and sufficient”, why should I work hard?”

Hard work is not synonymous to hard or forced labor. The place of Grace is to make your hard work pleasurable and more productive. For the same amount of time and energy, you will reap a far greater harvest compared to a person not living under grace. Just as Abraham’s descendants in Egypt, your pastures will be green even when disaster passes by. That's the role of Grace.

Another place of Grace, or better still Mercy is to cover for our mistakes and ignorance. At times, out of ignorance or stubbornness, we play the wrong cards in our businesses, in our lives. The Grace and Mercy of God either spare us the consequences, or reduce their magnitude. But shall we continue being Lazy so that Grace and Mercy should abound? Definitely Not!

As long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work [John 9: 4 NIV]
Let's work diligently, wholeheartedly to fulfill our destinies.
For some of us, our destinies include great wealth, for financing the Kingdom of God.

If you are sleeping, Rise Up,
If you are walking, Run,
If you are running...run faster
Just try to be more hardworking and more productive day after day!

Shalom!

HARNESSING WEALTH - WISDOM N°3 - HARD WORK
In all hard work there is profit, but merely talking about it only brings poverty. [Proverbs 14:23 NET]

A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to relax, and your poverty will come like a bandit, and your need like an armed robber. [Proverbs 24:30-34 NET]

Hard work pays, and is one of the keys to financial increase. If you are a self-employed person, do well to occupy yourself full time with your business, as though you were working full time for another person. If you are a full-time minister of the Gospel, same applies to you; spend your week doing the work of the ministry (praying for the sheep, studying the word, counselling, etc.)

On average, businesses run on forty working hours per week (eight hours per day for five days). Some countries like Mexico, Thailand, India and several others have 48 hours working week (Monday to Saturday – 6 days) as standard, while Israel is on 44 (Sunday to Thursday).
The mistake many self-employed people, and many full-time ministers of the Gospel do is to invest less than forty hours of work into their business or ministry.

If you are not hardworking, you will often be pushed to seek support, especially financial support, from people at a point in time when you are supposed to have at-tained autonomy. Poverty is a direct product of lazi-ness. A lazy man always believes money is what he needs, he believes what he needs to do business is capital, whereas he knows nothing yet about what it takes to do that business and succeed in it, a lazy man won’t be patient, and will probably be lacking in most of the keys to financial increase.

If you are sleeping, Rise Up,
If you are walking, Run,
If you are running...run faster
Just try to be more hardworking and more productive day after day!

THREE-FOLD PROSPERITY - PUT FIRST THINGS FIRST
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, EVEN AS THY SOUL PROSPERETH.[3 John 1:2 KJV].

1) Prosperity begins from the soul
it is a direct product of how much we allow our spirit rule our life,
of how far we discover and walk in the plan of God for our life,
of how far we discover our place in the body, and occupy it.

2) In other words, prosperity is a product of a purpose-driven life.
Take a close look arround you, and you will see that a good number of those consumed by purpose are making it big time. You can have far above your personal needs even as a full time minister of the gospel.

Does putting first things first suffice to unlock riches? No!
The Apostle Paul said: HE WISHES THAT WE MAY PROSPER...
Which means it is possible to put first things first and still not prosper, and be in good health. Does that look like the situation the body of Christ is facing today?

Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. [Proverbs 4: 7 KJV]
Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour. [Proverbs 3: 16]

HARNESSING WEALTH
WISDOM N°2 - GO FOR KNOWLEDGE, AND UNDERSTANDING

Having a Vision or a Direction in life is a very good thing, but it will take Wisdom, knowledge and understanding to achieve your Vision.

The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. THOUGH IT COST ALL YOU HAVE, GET UNDERSTANDING.
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed... [2 Timothy 2: 15].

Riches are meant for people who have understanding in some particular things. Examine the lives of all the wealth men you know (Bill Gates, Steve Job, Dangote, etc.), you will discover they had a particular understanding of one or several things Under the sun, a particular understanding that elevated them high above the common man.

One of the ways to get understanding is through studies, both formal and informal.
1) You need to develop a study and reading culture, in the domains that interest you. You can equally choose to watch things that enhance your knowledge and understanding.
2) You must be keen to observe how the world revolves arround the things that are of interest to you.
In the process of studying, reading and observing the world, ideas will birth in your mind, you will begin to have an understanding that the common man does not have.

Unfortunately, most of us are not good at reading, be it spiritual or Professional material. We spend countless number of hours infront of the TV, and in idle talks. We are far from recognising the opportunities of creating wealth that are all arround us. And the two main reasons we advance for stagnation are: 1) The Government is not doing what it is supposed to be doing, and 2) Our colonial masters are exploiting us.

Wake up from sleep, Wake up from slumber!
