TOPIC: THE NAME ABOVE ANY OTHER. NAME

TEXT: PHILIPPINES 2:10, ACT 3:6,ACT 4:12

There is a name that makes demons tremble,
There is a name that breaks every family pattern,
There is a name that breaks every form of curses,
That name is "JESUS "

WHEN YOU CALL THE NAME OF JESUS WHAT HAPPENS:

1. When you call the name of JESUS heaven answers, JOHN 14:14
NOTE: you don't come to God with your title, money or good works; you come with the name of "JESUS ", which is also your access card.

2. When you call the name of JESUS chains breaks, ACT 16:18, ACT 3:6.
Addiction, depression, witchcraft, debt, sickness, limitations, they all answer to one name which is "JESUS CHRIST " (Colossians 2:15).

3. When you call the name of JESUS enemy scatters, MARK 16:17, JAMES 2:19.

NOTE: THE DEVIL DOESN'T FEAR YOUR FASTING, HE FEAR THE ONE YOU ARE FASTING FOR.
HE DOESN'T FEAR YOUR SHOUTING, HE FEARS THE NAME YOU ARE SHOUTING, ACT 19:15 - 16.

4. When you call the name of Jesus, peace comes, JOHN 14:27.

NOTE:
WHEN YOUR HEART IS IN TROUBLE, CALL THE NAME OF JESUS,
WHEN YOU GET BAD NEWS, CALL THE NAME OF JESUS,
WHEN YOU ARE ATTACT SPIRITUALLY, CALL THE NAME OF JESUS.

5. When you call the name of JESUS you are saved: ACT 4:12, ROMAN 10:13
For you to see the name work:
** Believe in the name. Mark 16:17
** Live in the name. Colossians 3:17
** Speak the name with authority.( Don't whisper it like password, Declare it.)

Text: Exodus 4:2 – Then the LORD asked him, 'What is that in your hand?'

Everything we have comes from God. Whether it is a spiritual gift, His grace upon our lives, or the resources He has entrusted to us, each one has a purpose. Many people miss God's blessings because they focus on what they do not have instead of appreciating and using what they already have. God expects us to value, develop, and faithfully use what He has placed in our hands before entrusting us with more.

Three Things We Should Value.

1. Value the Spiritual Gifts God Has Given You,
Every believer has received spiritual gifts to serve God and build up the body of Christ, do not neglect or despise your gift.
1 Peter 4:10 – God has given each of you a gift from His great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.
1 Timothy 4:14 – Do not neglect the spiritual gift you received...
Romans 12:6–8 – We have different gifts according to the grace given to us.

2. Value the Grace and Calling of God Upon Your Life;
The grace and calling God has given you are precious. Do not compare your assignment with someone else's.
2 Timothy 1:9 – God has saved us and called us with a holy calling.
1 Corinthians 15:10 – By the grace of God I am what I am.
Romans 11:29 – For God's gifts and His call can never be withdrawn.

3. Value the Resources God Has Placed in Your hands;
God often begins with what you already possess. When you use it faithfully, He brings an increase.
Exodus 4:2 – Moses' staff became an instrument of miracles.
2 Kings 4:2–7 – The widow's little oil was multiplied.
Luke 16:10 – If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones.

In conclusion;
Never despise what God has already given you. Value your spiritual gifts, God's grace and calling, and the resources in your hands. As you faithfully use them, God will increase them and use them to bless many people.

Topic: Blessed, heated, But still chosen
( The coat of many colors).

Main text:
Genesis 37: 3 - 4, 23 - 24, 28
Genesis 37:3
Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age. Also he made him a tunic of many colors.

Genesis 37:4
But when his brothers saw that their father loved him more than all his brothers, they hated him and could not speak peaceably to him.

From the main text you can understand that, the coat of Joseph brought him favor, hatred, a pit, slavery and eventually a palace.

If we have to study Joseph's life, it's similar to our life.

Don't go through the process but grow through it,
Joseph had a promise and the promise had a process

Joseph's Coat teaches us the following:

1. The coat was a sign of favor: Genesis 37:3, Jacob gave Joseph a special coat because Joseph was the child of promise.

The coat gave a clear message: " you are special, you are loved, and you are chosen".

2. The coat attracted hatred:
Genesis 37:4, his brothers hated him and could not speak peaceably unto him,
Gen37:11, his brothers envied him

The reasons why Joseph was hated:

a. Because his father loved him more
b. Because he had dreams
d. Because he stood out

When God puts his coat on you, the enemy will send brother/sister to hate you

Note: Favour will make people talk
Destiny will make people jealous

3. The coat was taken off but the calling was not:
Gen37:23-24,
They stripped Joseph out of his coats and cast him into a pit.

Word of Declaration: everything that has been stolen from you be restored in Jesus name ( your peace, marriage, destiny, ministry.. etc be restored in Jesus name.

4. The coat was dipped in blood to tell a lie:
Gen37:31, Psalm 118:17

5. The coat points us to Jesus: the Coat of many colors was a picture of Christ

1. Loved by the father:
John 3: 35,

2. Hated without a cause:
John 15:25, " they hated me

What is Faith?
Faith is far more than just believing in something—it is active trust, dynamic action, and complete confidence in Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 11:1
"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."
Faith imparts deep trust and unwavering confidence. As Christians, faith is our dynamic weapon. Through faith in Jesus for our protection, the enemy loses his power over us.

Proverbs 3:5
"Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind, and do not rely on your own insight or understanding."
Remember: Jesus holds your breakthrough, not man. Take bold steps toward the plans God has set before you.

The 3 Dimensions of Faith:

1. Saving Faith:
Ephesians 2:8 — "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God."

2. Living Faith:
Galatians 2:20 — "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me."

3. The Gift of Faith:
1 Corinthians 12:9 — "To another faith by the same Spirit, to another gift of healings by the same Spirit."

How Does Faith Grow?

Faith comes by hearing the Word of God, and it matures when it is tested.
1 Peter 1:7
"These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world."

Word of Encouragement:
Do not give up! The Lord will show up and intervene in every area of your life.

Word of Declaration:
"I will not give up in life. Satan will not use me. I shall fulfill all righteousness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ."

How to Renew Your Mind:
1. Feed on good words: Fill your thoughts with encouraging and constructive speech.
Study helpful and useful books: Prioritize life-changing literature, especially Scripture (1 Timothy 2:5).
2. Practice silent reflection: Take time to sit quietly and focus your thoughts on what is good (Ecclesiastes 1:12).

The Key Truths About Your Mind:
1. Thoughts drive your life: Every action, decision, and outcome in your life begins as a single thought in your mind.
2. Control your focus: Your mind directs where your focus goes—and you have the power to steer it toward what matters.

Your Transformation Begins Within
Real change starts from the inside . Your mind has the capacity to lift you out of any difficult situation and elevate you to higher heights.

Main Text: Romans 12:2
1peter 2:9.
Romans 12:2
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Serve God with Spiritual Gifts.

1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.

From these text you can understand that, God called you not to copy the world. He called you to "carry His weight in it".

God called you to be a sign and a wonder Isaiah 8:18.
1. The reason why God calls you to be different is because you were created for Him, not the world Isaiah 43:7

Your Origin is Heaven, your purpose is for His Glory.

2. God calls you to be different because you have been marked by God. 1peter 2:9


Areas that make a believer different:

1. Different in identity: "Who you are".
The world says you are what you "do, wear, or follow".
God says you are Chosen, Royal, Holy, 1peter 2:9 / 2Corinthians 6:17
Stop asking will I fit in? Ask Am I reflecting who God says I am ?
Stop introducing yourself by your Struggles. Introduce yourself by your Sons hip. Gal 4:7

2. Different in mindset : "How you think ".
The world says follow the trend, go with the flow.
God says be not conformed..... but be transformed Romans 12:2

3. Different in Love: " How you treat people"?
The world says get revenge.
But God says love your enemies, bless them that curse you Matthew 5:44
Your kindness when offened is your loudest message in school, in your office etc

4. Different in Standard: "How you live"?
Psa 1:1-3
You live by God's word not cultures trends.
The world will say if u feel good do it. You can compromise. You need to ask yourself does this agree with scripture.
