PTSMI also known as City of Perfection (COP) is an end-time movement of the latter rain anointing; founded by Christ on His deep teachings, out to perfect saints by progressively building them up into the full image of Christ, preparing the earthly church for the glorious rapture and an eternity with God. - (Upper Room Experience)

In John 14:16, Jesus Christ told His disciples, “And I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter…” The Greek expression “Allos Parakletos” means another of the same kind. Jesus was telling them that Heaven would not leave them helpless; the Holy Spirit would come carrying the same nature, authority, wisdom, and presence as Christ Himself.

“Parakletos” means helper, advocate, counselor, intercessor, and standby. This means the believer was never designed to survive by human strength alone. The Holy Spirit is God walking with man, speaking through man, empowering man, and defending man. What Jesus was physically to the disciples, the Holy Spirit now becomes spiritually to the Church.

The ministry of the ALOS PARAKLETOS is the ministry of divine companionship and empowerment. In Acts 1:8, the disciples moved from fear to power because the Holy Spirit came upon them. Peter who once denied Jesus stood boldly before nations. The Spirit transforms ordinary men into carriers of divine possibilities.

He teaches mysteries, convicts hearts, reveals truth, and strengthens believers in battle. When the Holy Spirit enters a man, weakness gives way to grace, confusion gives way to direction, and fear gives way to boldness. The Parakletos does not merely visit believers; He indwells them. That means the believer carries Heaven’s presence everywhere he goes.

Fellow Labourers in Christ, today as we celebrate Pentecost, we are reminded of the Upper Room expirience, where Jesus told his disciples to tarry until visited by the The ALOS PARAKLETOS. A man filled with the Holy Spirit cannot remain empty, defeated, or directionless.

The Spirit still speaks, heals, convicts, and raises men for kingdom assignments. When the Holy Spirit takes over a life, that life becomes a witness of God’s reality on the earth. The cry of this generation must be: “Holy Spirit, dwell in me, lead me, and make me a vessel for Your glory.”

1. I declare that the Holy Spirit rests upon me and empowers me for destiny in the name of Jesus!

2. I declare that I will not walk in confusion, fear, or weakness; the ALOS PARAKLETOS guides and strengthens me daily!

3. I declare that my life becomes a vessel of God’s presence, power, wisdom, and glory to my generation!
