ANOINTED BUT HUMAN: The Strength of a Leader’s Apology - Daddy Emmanuel Oumarou, Ph.D.

Being an anointed and charismatic Christian leader does not mean we are beyond error. We are not servants of God because we are perfect in the sense of never making mistakes. Servants of God are not superhuman. Rather, they are human beings to whom God has shown grace and mercy, and whom He has equipped to serve His people. Because we remain human, we remain liable to mistakes.

The true test of Christlike leadership is not the absence of failure, but the willingness to take responsibility for it - that is, apologizing when necessary. To silence followers through threats when they point out our faults, or to justify ourselves when we have clearly erred, only calls the Christlikeness of our leadership into question.

It is vital for leaders to realize that those we lead are often most edified by our willingness to admit our wrongs. While we should never intentionally seek to err, when we do, we must provide an example of humility. By acknowledging our errors and asking for forgiveness, we demonstrate the true trademark of a genuine, Christlike leader.

EMPTY SEATS 💺: A Call Back To True Ministry Metrics 🔥🎺🕊️♥️

In the Time of Old, Ministry was never built on crowds, but on the burden of Truth. Yet in our time, even within our circles, we have begun to interpret empty seats as evidence of failure.

The Church was never defined by numbers; From the beginning, the message was not designed to attract crowds it was designed to confront hearts. When Peter stood on the Day of Pentecost, there was indeed a great harvest, but that moment was not given as a standard for daily validation. The same Apostles who saw thousands added also endured seasons of rejection, resistance, and apparent decline.

If we are honest, the pressure to fill seats has caused many to measure success in ways that Scripture never endorsed. We have quietly embraced a results-driven mentality, where attendance becomes the scoreboard of effectiveness. But Ministry has never been about maintaining a crowd; it has always been about maintaining the Truth.

There are moments in Scripture where Truth reduced the audience. When the message became difficult, many walked away. Yet there was no attempt to soften Doctrine to preserve the crowd. The priority was never retention it was Revelation. Ministry is not validated by who stays, but by what is faithfully proclaimed.

Empty seats, therefore, are not always a sign that something is wrong. They may be evidence that the message is still pure, that Conviction is still present, and that compromise has not been entertained. In some seasons, empty seats reflect pruning a Divine process where GOD refines, aligns, and prepares a people who are rooted, not merely gathered.

The danger begins when empty seats start shaping the message And in the pursuit of a crowd, we risk losing the very identity that makes us a Church.

The early Church did not grow because it appealed to the flesh; it grew because it was anchored in Truth and demonstrated in Power. That pattern has not changed.

We must also recover this understanding: success is measured in depth, not merely breadth. One soul fully converted, grounded in Truth, and filled with the Spirit carries eternal value that cannot be compared to a room filled with uncommitted attendees. Discipleship has always been the heartbeat of Ministry, JESUS Himself invested deeply in a few, even when many walked away.

To equate empty seats with failure is to misunderstand the nature of our calling. Our responsibility is not to fill buildings; it is to fill lives with Truth. We are not accountable for the size of the harvest, but for the faithfulness of the seed we sow.

This is a call back to Alignment. A call to reject the pressure of modern metrics and return to Biblical conviction.

In the end, it is not the fullness of our seats that will matter, but the fullness of our message. And if we remain true to that message, then even in seasons of empty seats, we are not failing we are fulfilling our Assignment.

FROM THE PALACE TO THE OFFICE OF A PROPHET_____ Meet Prophet Romeo K.Z, the founder of Covenant Of Truth Church For All Nations in Kribi, Cameroon 🇨🇲.

Prophet Romeo is one of the clergymen God has raised in the nation of Cameroon with a unique assignment and mandate. In this article, you will get to know more about him and his journey in ministry.

PERSONAL LIFE, BACKGROUND & FAMILY ORIGINS:

He was born in the family of His Royal , Fon Zofoa II, his father had +80 wives and 512 children. He is among the least from his brothers and sisters for others are high profile people in the society while he is a servant of God. He came from the village Babungo, in Northwest Region of , under the Babessi sub-division.

He comes from a royal family, specifically the family of Fon Zofoa II who is his father and mother is Queen Honorine Mateh. He is happily married to Evangelist Damaris and are blessed with 3 kids.

Education Life: He completed his primary and secondary education (Ordinary and Advanced Levels) in his village, he also attended university of theology at Center of biblical studies Bamenda, small mankon. He is a holder of Dr. Degree

SPIRITUAL MENTORSHIP AND MINISTRY LIFE OF PROPHET ROMEO.

Early Mentorship: He was initially with Pastor Warah Solomon in the year 2013, who eventually told him he could not mentor him because he was a prophet and Rev Warah Solomon was a pastor, explaining that their spiritual workings were different. These were Pastor Warah exact words( I can't mentor you because you are a prophet and I am a pastor. If we work together, it cannot go because the way God speak to a pastor and prophet is different). He advised him to seek God and look for who to mentored him.

HIS ENCOUNTER WITH SENIOR PROPHET FRANK (Spiritual Father) _ Kingship International Ministries, Douala - Cameroon 🇨🇲

He was deeply moved and inspired by the ministry of Prophet T.B. Joshua, whom he followed on television and then God revealed to him Senior Prophet Frank repeatedly that he is his mentor.

Following divine revelation after his encounter, he sought mentorship under Senior Prophet Frank who has been his spiritual father till his transition, he taught him the importance of "mercy" in ministry, noting that Prophet Romeo possessed a "raw anointing" like that of the old days.

He was released to start his own ministry in 2015, beginning in his home village of Babungo, which he described as a difficult experience as a local prince.

CHALLENGES AND LEGAL ISSUES FACED BY THE PROPHET.

The 2017 Cr'sis: A major confl'ct arose when a village idol disappeared and the villagers blamed Prophet Romeo, leading to a seven-day str'ke and thre@ts against his life.

Days later, 13 of his pastors were arr3sted with Prophet Romeo summoned to court and spent weeks in prison before their released.

He credits military armed forces for intervening and saving lives during the height of the village's hostility toward his church.

HOW THE MINISTRY MOVED FROM BABUNGO VILLAGE TO KRIBI CAMEROON 🇨🇲

The relocation came as a result of the ban he received from the court and from the village after his released. In 2018, his spiritual father, Senior Prophet Frank directed him to Kribi where the ministry is established now.

He is also privileged to be the president of the sons of Prophet Frank Network in Cameroon.

Since then, God has been using Prophet Romeo to be a blessing and mentor to many other preachers of the gospel within the nation of Cameroon and also at the international level.

Prophet Romeo has been privileged to hold many out doors crusade within the regions of Cameroon and also ministered in international programs where he was invited.

SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT FOR PREACHERS

Prophet Romeo is not only called to minister to members and lost sheep's, but has been given the mandate to minister to preachers of the gospel through the vision "" WITH THE PROPHETS "" which holds annually every 12,13,14 & program which takes all ministers of the gospel to the mountain to seek the face of God.

He recounts a "demonstration of power" where a guava tree dried up after he used it to illustrate a sermon on John 15, comparing it to Jesus cursing the fig tree.
