"La teología cristiana admite que el conocimiento de Dios no es exhaustivo; no podemos conocer a Dios en su esencia. Dado que no hay ninguna descripción o nominación de Dios que sea adecuada, el lenguaje humano se esfuerza incluso por decir lo que Dios no es. La Carta a Bernabé ya plantea la pregunta: “Si el Hijo de Dios no se hubiera encarnado, ¿cómo podrían los humanos haberlo visto y vivir?”. Justino Mártir califica a Dios de inexpresable, inmóvil, innominado. Incluso las palabras como “Padre”, “Dios” y “Señor” no son nombres reales, sino “apelativos derivados de [su] beneficencia y sus obras”. Si a pesar de ello le llamamos “uno”, “bueno”, “Padre”, “Creador”, “Señor” y demás, con estos términos no expresamos su verdadera esencia, sino solo su poder. Incluso trasciende la unicidad. Tal como dijo Atanasio, “trasciende todo ser y toda comprensión humana”.”

Word & Spirit by Ralph Robinson (1614–1655)

Christ dispenses this light in two ways:

1. By the preaching of His Gospel through the public ministry.
The ministers are called stars, and the ministry—or preaching of the Gospel—is the orb in which this light shines, and by which it is communicated and dispensed to the world. “We preach Christ crucified” (1 Corinthians 1:23). Where the Gospel has never been preached, this light has never yet shined.

This preaching is the chariot in which this glorious light is ordinarily carried throughout the world (2 Corinthians 4:3–6).

2. By the powerful efficacy of His Spirit within the ministry.
The most effective preaching of Christ will be of no use unless accompanied by the inward workings of the Holy Spirit. Through the Spirit of Christ, three things are accomplished:

(1) The blindness of the mind is removed—the Holy Ghost causes the scales to fall from the eyes.

(2) A seeing faculty is given—this is what the Apostle calls “the enlightening of the eyes of your understanding” (Ephesians 1:18).

(3) Power is given to embrace the light—the soul is enabled to follow the light, or as our Savior says, “to walk in the light” (John 12:35).

Thus, by these two means this light is communicated:

-- By the preaching of the Gospel, the object is made present.

-- By the Spirit of Christ, the object is made visible, the faculty of sight is given, and the power to walk in the light is created.

Ahí lo tienes. Ellos mismos lo confiesan: si tumbas la idea de que Dios tiene dos pueblos, tumbas el dispensacionalismo entero. No hay forma de sostenerlo. Si entiendes que en Cristo ya no hay muro de separación, que no hay judío ni griego, entonces el sistema se desploma.

Así que si abriste los ojos a esta verdad bíblica, no lo pienses más: levanta la mano, y dile adiós al dispensacionalismo. Ya no lo necesitas.
