Dear Youth, Are You a Child or a Client?

Are you approaching God like a client? A client has a list of needs and expectations and primarily focuses on what they can get from the relationship. They might view God as a means to achieve personal desires or solve problems. This transactional mindset often stems from minds robbed of the truth. Such a view misses the essence of a true relationship.

The Bible makes it clear: "But godliness with contentment is great gain" (1 Timothy 6:6 NIV). The pursuit of worldly "gain" isn't godliness. Instead, true godliness, lived with a spirit of contentment, is the profound gain. It's not about what to get, but what you become.

A child doesn't come to a parent with a contract or a list of demands, but with love, trust, and a desire simply to be with them. They depend on their parent, learn from them, and find security in their presence. Walking with God as a child means valuing His presence above His presents, trusting His wisdom even when you don't understand, and finding joy in truly knowing Him, not just what He can do for you.

Choose to walk as a child, not as a client. The true treasure isn't in what you gain from God, but in the immeasurable gain of godliness itself.

Awesome transformation in the presence of God.

This is day 1 of the 3 -day mid-week crusade. Glory be to God for the success.

It was an awesome moment of prayer.

Note: We will continue today at the church auditorium for intense study of the Word and prayer.

Time: 6 PM

Come one, come all. Let us serve the Lord when we are till young. Yes, we can. Yes, we will.
