For more than two thousand years, the Catholic Church has stood firm and unwavering in faith.
Throughout history, it has faced criticism, misunderstanding, persecution, and opposition. It has been challenged, judged, and at times falsely accused; yet it continues to endure.
Many have predicted its downfall, and many have left its fold. Others continue to oppose its teachings and mission. However, in spite of all these trials, the Church remains steadfast and alive.
This endurance is not by human strength alone, but by the grace of God. The Church was founded by Jesus Christ Himself and has been continually guided and sustained by the Holy Spirit. ๐๏ธ
Through every trial, the Church grows in faith. Through every challenge, it turns more deeply to prayer. Through every suffering, it bears witness that God remains present and active within His people.
The Church is composed of imperfect individuals, yet it remains holy because its foundation is Christ, who is perfect and eternal.
Even in a changing world, the faith handed down from the Apostles continues to be proclaimed and lived across generations.
The Pentecost Sunday reminds us that the Church was born in the fire of the Holy Spirit, strengthened through suffering, and sustained by divine grace.
To all the faithful:
Remain steadfast in your love for the Church.
Remain courageous in defending the faith.
And remain faithful in your witness to Christ.
Happy Birthday to the Catholic Church. โค๏ธโช
Through every storm, it remains standing.
Through every persecution, it remains faithful.
Through every generation, it continues to proclaim Jesus Christ.
