Hosea 4:6
"My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priest; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children."

"It is possible to have a Bible in our hands but not have God's Word in our hearts."

Three major consequences revealed in Hosea 4:6:

1. Rejection of God's knowledge brings destruction.

2. Rejection of God's knowledge results in the loss of spiritual privilege.

3. Rejection of God's knowledge produces consequences that can reach the next generation.

The hope of the Gospel:

God does not merely warn us about rejecting His truth. He invites us to know Him, receive His truth, and be transformed by it.

I. THE CAUSE OF REJECTION

Hosea 4:6
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, because you have rejected knowledge…”

A. THEY LACKED THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD

Knowledge of God involves relationship, faith, obedience, and covenant fellowship.

“Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.”
— John 17:3

B. THE FEAR OF THE LORD IS THE BEGINNING OF KNOWLEDGE

Proverbs 1:7 says:
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.”

True knowledge produces transformation.
True knowledge produces reverence.
True knowledge produces obedience.

C. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT ONLY IGNORANCE — IT WAS REJECTION.

II. THE FIRST CONSEQUENCE — DESTRUCTION

Hosea 4:6 God says:
“My people are destroyed…”

Knowledge without God can produce information.
But the knowledge of God produces wisdom.

A. SPIRITUAL DESTRUCTION
B. MORAL DESTRUCTION
C. SOCIAL DESTRUCTION

III. THE SECOND CONSEQUENCE — LOSS OF SPIRITUAL PRIVILEGE

God continues:
“Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you from being priest to me.”

A. PRIVILEGE ALWAYS COMES WITH RESPONSIBILITY
B. GOD TAKES SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP SERIOUSLY

1 Samuel 2:30 declares:
“Those who honour me I will honour, but those who despise me will be disdained.”

C. OUTWARD RELIGION IS NOT ENOUGH

Jesus gave one of the most sobering warnings in Matthew 7:21–23, “Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."

IV. THE THIRD CONSEQUENCE — GENERATIONAL IMPACT
“Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.”

A. SIN RARELY AFFECTS ONLY THE SINNER
B. GOD COMMANDS US TO TEACH THE NEXT GENERATION

Deuteronomy 6:6–7 says:
“These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children.”

C. CHILDREN LEARN NOT ONLY FROM WHAT WE TEACH — BUT FROM WHAT WE LIVE

The Word of God is not merely information to be heard. It is truth to be received and obeyed.

VI. THE NEW TESTAMENT ANSWER — JESUS CHRIST

Hosea gives us the warning.
But Jesus gives us the hope.

VII. HOW SHOULD WE RESPOND?

1. COMMIT YOURSELF TO GROWING IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD

Obey what God reveals.

2 Timothy 3:16–17 teaches that Scripture is God-breathed and equips God's people for every good work.

2. DON'T REJECT CONVICTION
Conviction is God's invitation to transformation.

3. BE DOERS OF THE WORD

James 1:22 says:
“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.”

Biblical knowledge must eventually become biblical action.

A FINAL WARNING TO THE CHURCH:
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”

THE GREAT QUESTION:
What are you doing with the knowledge God has already given you?

THE GOOD NEWS — GOD'S TRUTH LEADS TO LIFE
“Let us acknowledge the LORD; let us press on to acknowledge him.”
— Hosea 6:3

God's Word reveals the danger and shows us the way to life.

Hosea 4:6 gives us a solemn warning:

Rejecting God's truth brings destruction.
Rejecting God's truth can result in the loss of spiritual privilege.
Rejecting God's truth can leave painful consequences for future generations.

But there is another side to the message:

When we receive God's truth, we find wisdom.
When we obey God's Word, we experience the blessing of walking with Him.
When we teach God's truth to our children, we leave a spiritual legacy.

And above all:
When we come to Jesus Christ, we come to the One who gives us true knowledge of God and eternal life.
“The rejection of God's truth leads to ruin, but the pursuit of God's truth leads us to life.”

Know God.
Receive His Word.
Obey His truth.
Teach the next generation.
Follow Jesus.

All glory and honor belong to God!🙌🔥

Matthew 26:41
“Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

We must continue to watch and pray because the enemy works 24 hours to destroy and tempt us.

Our flesh is weak, but our Spirit fights for us to continue praying.

Satan is a liar and he does not want us to walk in righteousness. Satan knows the Bible, but he is scared when we live by the Word of God.

1. Thru prayer, we can save lives.

We are equipped by God to pray and help God's people.

Satan always targets us because we are blocking his way in distracting people.

Colossians 4:2
Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.

Our foundation in facing every temptation is built in our secret prayer life.

Let's be the reason for someone's salvation.

Ephesians 6:12
For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

The real battle is spiritual and this reminds us to continually pray.

Thru prayer, Daniel was saved from the mouths of the roaring lions.

We will not just sit down and listen to the preaching, but we also come to pray and to intercede for His people.

We are intercessors for those who are not yet saved. We are not just called to believe and follow, we are also called to be prayer warriors of God.

Let us continue to shield ourselves with prayer so that we will not stumble when temptation gets closer.

We are on a battlefield. We have to stand firm. We must be the one who stands up to pray and intercede.

Matthew 9:29
Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith let it be done to you”;

We must pray with faith. When we pray without faith, it is useless. But when we pray wholeheartedly, the heaven is moved.

Faith moves mountains.
Faith heals.
Faith answers prayers.

We must pray in alignment to His words. Our prayer must glorify God.

Matthew 6:10
Your kingdom comes, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

In every situation, only God's plan will prevail. His will is the perfect will for us.

Let us fight through battles with prayer. Let's be the prayer warrior who stands up for those who can't.

All glory and honor belong to God! 🤗🔥

"𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴?" -𝘚𝘪𝘴 𝘑𝘢𝘯𝘦 𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘴

Titus 2:6-8
Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled. 7 In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness 8 and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.

How to continue in holiness?

1. Be sober-minded☝️

This means to be always ready for we do not know when is the coming of Christ.

1 Timothy 13 states that you must hold fast the patterns of sound words which you have heard from me, in faith and in love which are in Christ Jesus.

You must first have faith to hold on to endure and for us not to fall in following Christ, and you need love to overcome all trials and sufferings. For you to be sober-minded, you need to have these two traits, faith in Christ Jesus and love in serving Him and His people.

2. Have Integrity and Reverence✊

Integrity is the quality of being and having a strong moral principle you refuse to change and reverence means having deep respect and honor for someone.

This means that you must have the integrity and reverence in all that you do. You must also have a deep respect and honor for God-that is the fear of God in order to live a righteouss life.

3. Sound Speech🗣️

Ephesians 4:29 states that "do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen."

If what will come out of your mouth won’t encourage someone, it is better for you not to speak at all. Remember that words are powerful and you will be judged according to the things that are coming from your mouth (Matthew 12:37). So, when you speak, let it be an encouragement, being wise on everything you say so that you will not be defiled by your speech.

All glory and honor belong to God!🔥🙌

Created by God, For God, and Through Christ

Ephesians 2:10
"For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

I. GOD CREATED US FOR HIS GLORY
II. GOD CREATED US FOR RELATIONSHIP, NOT JUST RELIGION
III. WHO ARE WE TO GOD?

Our Identity Determines Our Purpose

A. WE ARE CHILDREN OF GOD
B. WE HAVE BEEN ADOPTED INTO GOD'S FAMILY
C. WE ARE GOD'S MASTERPIECE

V. WE NO LONGER LIVE FOR OURSELVES—WE LIVE FOR CHRIST

Our Life Now Belongs to Jesus

2 Corinthians 5:15
"And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again."

Why Should We Live for Christ?

1 Peter 1:18–19
"For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed... but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect."

Luke 9:23
"Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me."

Genesis 22:2
"Take your son, your only son, whom you love—Isaac... Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering..."

Genesis 22:12
"Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son."

VI. GOD HAS A DIVINE CALLING FOR EVERY BELIEVER

You Were Created on Purpose, for a Purpose

Ephesians 2:10
"For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

Esther 4:14
"And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?"

Daniel 6:26
"For he is the living God and he endures forever; his kingdom will not be destroyed, his dominion will never end."

Matthew 5:16
"Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

Luke 16:10
"Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much."

VII. OUR IDENTITY IN CHRIST AND THE FINAL CALL TO PURPOSE

Knowing Who You Are Determines How You Live

1 Peter 2:9 (NIV)
"But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light."

1 Peter 2:9 (NIV)
"But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light."

1. YOU ARE A CHOSEN PEOPLE

John 15:16 (NIV)

"You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last..."
Jeremiah 1:5 (NIV)

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."

2. YOU ARE GOD'S SPECIAL POSSESSION

1 Corinthians 6:19–20 (NIV)
"You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."

3. YOU ARE CALLED TO DECLARE HIS PRAISE

"...that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light."
John 4:29 (NIV)

"Come, see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could this be the Messiah?"

Luke 2:49 (NIV)

"Why were you searching for me? Didn't you know I had to be in my Father's house?"
John 17:4 (NIV)

"I have brought you glory on earth by finishing the work you gave me to do."

Why did God create us?

To glorify Him.
To know Him.
To love Him.
To reflect Him.
To fulfill His purpose.

Who are we to God?

We are:
His children.
His masterpiece.
His workmanship.
His ambassadors.
His royal priesthood.
His special possession.
His beloved family.

How then should we live?
Not for ourselves. But for Christ, who loved us, gave Himself for us, and rose again.

We strive to hear the word in Matthew 25:21 (NIV)
"Well done, good and faithful servant! ... Come and share your master's happiness!"

All glory and honor belong to God! 🙌❤️‍🔥

2 Chronicles 7:14
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

Revival begins when God's people return to God.

God did not say, “If the government changes.”
He did not say, “If the economy improves.”
He did not say, “If the unbelievers repent.”
He said: “If MY PEOPLE…”

The answer to a nation's spiritual condition begins with the people of God.

We are living in a generation that desperately needs revival. Families are under attack. Young people are confused. Many churches are becoming comfortable. Prayer has become optional. Worship has become performance. Holiness has been compromised.

But God is still looking for a people who will stand before Him and say:
“Lord, start with me.”

Revival does not begin when everybody else changes.
Revival begins when God's people return to God.

I. “IF MY PEOPLE”
“If my people, which are called by my name…”
God is addressing His people.

God is not first speaking to the pagan.
He is speaking to the church.
He is speaking to those who carry His name.
That means revival must begin inside the house of God before it spreads outside the house of God.

The world doesn't need a church that looks like the world.
The world needs a church that looks like Jesus.

We cannot expect the world to repent if the church refuses to repent.
We cannot preach holiness while living in compromise.
We cannot preach prayer while neglecting the prayer closet.
We cannot preach surrender while holding on to our idols.

God is calling His people back.
Back to prayer.
Back to holiness.
Back to the Word.
Back to worship.
Back to obedience.
Back to the presence of God.

II. “SHALL HUMBLE THEMSELVES”
The first requirement for revival is humility.
God says:
“shall humble themselves…”
Pride says:
“I am right.”
Humility says:
“Lord, search me.”
Pride says:
“They need to change.”
Humility says:
“God, change me.”

Pride points fingers.
Humility bows its knees.
Before God can lift us up, sometimes He has to bring us down.

James 4:6 says:
“God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.”

You can have talent and still lack humility.
You can have position and still lack humility.
You can preach and still lack humility.
You can sing and still lack humility.
You can be used by God and still become proud.

God is looking for people who will say:
“Lord, I don't want my will. I want Yours.”

II. “AND PRAY”
God says: “shall humble themselves, and pray…”
Prayer is not a religious activity. Prayer is relationship with God.

A church without prayer becomes a church with programs but no power.
A Christian without prayer becomes spiritually weak.
A family without prayer becomes vulnerable.
A generation without prayer becomes easy prey for the enemy.

Jesus said:
“Men ought always to pray, and not to faint.”
— Luke 18:1
The enemy wants to keep you busy so that you become too busy to pray. He doesn't always need to make you sin. Sometimes he only needs to make you distracted.

Too busy for prayer.
Too tired for prayer.
Too entertained for prayer.
Too comfortable for prayer.
But when the church begins to pray again, things begin to change.

When the church prays, chains begin to break.
When the church prays, prodigals begin to come home.
When the church prays, demons tremble.
When the church prays, the atmosphere changes.
When the church prays, heaven responds.

Prayer moves the hand of God because prayer positions the heart of man toward God.

IV. “AND SEEK MY FACE”
God did not merely say: “Seek My hand.”
He said: “Seek My face.”

There is a difference between seeking God's blessings and seeking God Himself.
Some people only seek God when they need something.

But God is asking: “Will you seek Me even when I don't give you what you want?”
True worship says: “God, I don't just want what You can give me. I want You.”

Exodus 33:15:
“If thy presence go not with me, carry us not up hence.”
Moses understood that the greatest blessing was not the promised land.
The greatest blessing was God's presence.

We need to recover the hunger for the presence of God.
Not just another sermon.
Not just another song.
Not just another program.
Not just another conference.
We need His presence.

V. “AND TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS”
This is where revival becomes personal.
God says: “turn from their wicked ways.”

You cannot experience genuine revival without genuine repentance.
Repentance is more than feeling sorry.
Repentance means turning around.
It means leaving the old direction and returning to God.

You cannot say: “Lord, revive me,”
while refusing to let go of the things that are killing your spiritual life.
You cannot ask God to cleanse you while deliberately returning to the same sin.
You cannot ask God for holiness while feeding your flesh.

There must be a turning.
Turn from bitterness. Turn from unforgiveness. Turn from sexual immorality. Turn from pride. Turn from greed. Turn from gossip. Turn from jealousy. Turn from rebellion. Turn from compromise. Turn from secret sin.
Turn back to God.

Acts 3:19
“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out.”

God is not exposing your sin to destroy you.
He is exposing it because He wants to heal you.

VI. “THEN WILL I HEAR FROM HEAVEN”
Now comes the promise.
“Then will I hear from heaven…”
There is something powerful about a church that cries out to God.

When God's people humble themselves, pray, seek His face, and repent, heaven hears.
Maybe people don't hear you. Maybe your family doesn't understand you. Maybe your friends don't understand your tears. Maybe nobody understands what you're going through. But God hears.

Psalm 34:17
“The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.”

Your prayer is not wasted.
Your tears are not wasted.
Your fasting is not wasted.
Your worship is not wasted.
Your obedience is not wasted.
Heaven hears.

VII. “I WILL FORGIVE THEIR SIN”
God doesn't only hear.
God forgives.
This is the heart of the Gospel.

We have all sinned. We have all fallen short. But Jesus Christ came to save sinners.

1 John 1:9
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

The enemy says: “You've gone too far.”
Jesus says: “Come home.”

The enemy says: “You are disqualified.”
Jesus says: “My grace is sufficient.”

The enemy says: “There is no hope for you.”
Jesus says: “I can make all things new.”

There is forgiveness at the cross.
There is mercy at the cross.
There is redemption at the cross.
There is healing at the cross.
There is freedom at the cross.
The blood of Jesus still saves.

VIII. “AND WILL HEAL THEIR LAND”
Finally, God says:
“and will heal their land.”

God cares about restoration.
He cares about families.
He cares about communities.
He cares about churches.
He cares about nations.
But notice the order:

Humility → Prayer → Seeking God → Repentance → Forgiveness → Healing

We often want the last step without going through the first steps.
We want healing without repentance.
We want restoration without surrender.
We want revival without sacrifice.
We want God's hand without God's face.

God says: Come back to Me. And when His people return, God begins to restore what has been broken.

IX. REVIVAL MUST BEGIN WITH ME
We often pray: “Lord, revive our nation.”
But perhaps the prayer should first be: “Lord, revive me.”

Before you ask God to change your church: Ask Him to change your heart.
Before you ask God to change your family: Ask Him to change you.

Before you ask God to send revival: Ask Him to revive your prayer life.
Before you ask God to expose darkness around you: Ask Him to expose darkness within you.

Psalm 139:23–24:
“Search me, O God, and know my heart…”

X. THE CHURCH MUST BECOME AN ALTAR AGAIN
Revival requires an altar.
In the Old Testament, Elijah repaired the altar of the Lord before calling down fire from heaven. The altar represents surrender. The altar represents sacrifice. The altar represents dying to self.

Romans 12:1 says:
“Present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God…”

Revival costs something.
It costs our pride, comfort, time, flesh, compromise, and excuses.

But what we receive from God is far greater. His presence, power, holiness, forgiveness, restoration, and glory.

Maybe the church doesn't need another strategy. Maybe we need another encounter with God.

Maybe we don't need more entertainment. Maybe we need repentance.

Maybe we don't need another performance. Maybe we need the fire of the Holy Spirit.

Brethren, Come back to prayer. Come back to holiness. Come back to worship. Come back to the Word. Come back to the altar. Come back to the presence. Come back to Jesus.

All glory and honor belongs to Him! 🤗🔥

|| 𝟬𝟴-𝟭𝟮-𝟮𝟲

“𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙠 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩” —𝙎𝙞𝙨 𝙅𝙖𝙣𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨

Our God is Spirit, that’s why we must worship Him in spirit and in truth.

What is worship?

Worship is not just singing a song for God. A proper worship is living a holy and righteous life in the sight of God.

Why then should we walk in the spirit?

Ephesians 6:12
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers , against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”

There is so much more in this world that we cannot see with our mere eyes. But let us talk about another warfare — personal warfare.

Did you know that the hardest battle you fight is not this world, it is yourself.

How then?

In Gatians 5:17, it states that the flesh desires what is contrary to the spirit and the spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you do not do the things you want to do.

We can see in this passage that it is impossible for the flesh and the spirit to be one. The flesh wants pleasures and lusts of this world but the spirit wants a holy, pure and righteous living.

What are your personal battles?

1. Mind

Satan can influence or suggest thoughts or forcefully control them. But how?

It starts within us. Satan cannot enter us unless we open a door for him. What are these doors?

Pride
Hatred
Anger
Jealousy
Envy
Self-doubt
Sexual immorality
Unrighteousness

If you continue with these attitudes,
Satan can influence how you live your life.

2. Identity

Satan can corrupt the identity that God has given to you. By thinking that you are weak, a sinner and not saved. Remember that your true identity is found in God.

You are created in His image.
You are loved as His child.
You are chosen.
You are saved.
You are forgiven.

3. Emotions

Satan can also influence and manipulate your emotions.

If you are too happy, you can have impulsive decisions. When you are too sad, you can do or think unimaginable things.

Suicidal thoughts
Self-hurt
You can become crazy

Remember that all of this are not from God. Every negative thing is not from God, it is from satan himself, who is the father of lies. Satan will continue to influence your thoughts and your emotions while you are in this world.

4. Discipline

Do you have discipline on the time you sleep, food or things you consume and in managing your time?

How about reading the Word?

Brethren it is very dangerous for you to not read the Word daily.

In proverbs 1:24-31, it states that because you refused My call, and no one took my outstretched hand, they will eat the fruit of their own way and be filled with their own desires.

What are you feeding daily? Is it the Word or the world?

Know that what you feed is what you will become.

How then do you overcome personal warfare?

1. Speak God’s Truth
2. Remind yourself of who you are in Christ
3. Refuse to rehearse lies
4. Ask God to guard your thoughts

2 Corinthians 10:5 states that "we demolish every arguments and every pretention that sets itself up against the knowledge of God and we take captive of every thought and make it obedient to Christ."

Brethren, do not let the lie be rooted in you.

Do not let satan dictate how you live, let God dictate how you live.

Do not let satan rule your emotions, let God rule you.

Hold tight onto the hand of God, release the hand of satan.

All glory to God Almighty!🔥🙌

Main Text: Ephesians 2:10
"For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

People live by pursuing success to gain recognition and riches but many still feel empty. Success can never satisfy a man's soul that is created by God.

King Solomon, who was the most wealthy and wise king in his time realized what matters most in life and wrote this verse in Ecclesiastes 12:13 which says, "Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind."

A. WHY GOD CREATED US?

1. GOD CREATED US FOR HIS GLORY
Isaiah 43:7
Everyone who is called by my name, whom I created for my glory, whom I formed and made.

In Matthew 5:16, we must be the light to others to bring glory to our Father in heaven. We do not live to seek glory, but we live a life that glorifies God in all that we do.

2. GOD CREATED US FOR RELATIONSHIP NOT RELIGION

Before God called us to work with Him, He called us to walk with Him.

John 17:3
Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.

Christianity is not about what we do for God, it is knowing God.

Many will call onto the Lord, but He never knew them (Matthew 7:22-23). The issue is not about the works you do but your relationship with God.

Mary and Martha both welcomed Jesus but only Mary sat, listened and enjoyed the presence of God. Busyness without intimacy produces frustration.

Jesus corrected the priorities of Martha. The greatest gift is not serving Jesus but having a relationship with Christ.

Do we really know God's voice? Jesus is not impressed by our priorities, He is impressed by our affection. Before ministry is fellowship.

B. WHO ARE WE TO GOD?

1. WE ARE GOD'S BELOVED CHILDREN

Satan's strategy is to confuse our identity in order to destroy our purpose. Satan will remind us of our past, but Paul says to leave the past behind. Our identity is not determined by other people's judgement.

John 1:12
Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.

Adoption is not a privilege but a right - it is given and not earned. You no longer approach God as a stranger but as a daughter and son of God. You are the child of the owner of everything. Do not limit what God can do. When you surrender something to God, leave it to God and do not play God! Worship is not how loud you cry, but how surrendered you are to Him.

What we cannot control, we leave it to God.

B. WE HAVE BEEN ADOPTED TO GOD'S FAMILY

Romans 8:15
The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship.[a] And by him we cry, “Abba,[b] Father.”

In roman culture, adoption is one of the strongest legal acts because an adopted one will receive inheritance, protection, new identity and all be given as a natural born son or daughter.

C. WE ARE GOD'S MASTERPIECE

We are a work of art. People may see you as ordinary but God sees you as extraordinary. People may overlook you and not see you but God sees what people cannot see. People look at the outward appearance but God looks at the heart.

God sees beyond our present condition. Do not lose hope in your present situation right now because your identity comes from God. Never ever let the world tell you who you are. Listen only to what your Creator tells you of who you are.

All glory, power and honor belong to God! 🙌❤️‍🔥
