Potaotes are available at WainNaz Garden.

Please dig a moderate amount/one hill per visit. Place potato tops in dumpster or in wooded area outside of garden fencing.

Please do not take a laundry basket of vegetables.
The Garden is meant for many many people to share and enjoy.

WainNaz Garden is loaded with zucchini, cucumbers, beans, dill, beets, and potatoes!!

🫜 when picking produce please place the discards either in the dumpster or out of sight into the tree area alongside the garden rather than leaving in the garden.

The WainNaz Garden is for anyone to enjoy. Thank you for taking a moderate amount of harvest, you are welcome to come again a few days later for another meal!

WainNaz Garden Update, the one we’ve all been waiting for!!
Dill, beets, and zucchini are ready to harvest.
(Please pick a suitable amount for 1 meal, come again another day to enjoy again.)
Feel free to use dill for any of your pickling needs, tell a friend!

Hoes and hand tools have been set out to make it easy for anyone who has a few minutes to help.

🙌🏽 As you’re picking produce, we’d really appreciate if you could spend a little time w**ding along the perimeter of the garden. It makes a huge difference and helps keep our shared space looking its best. Larger w**ds can be placed in the dumpster.

Thank you!!!

The grade fours from Wainwright Elementary, Ms Campbell and Mrs Valleau visited the garden last week. They watered it well and took care of the w**ds! We talked about the garden and how it belongs to the community. We told the students they can come at anytime and w**d or water the rows. And then in the fall they can come for fresh veggies or flower!!

Thank you to our volunteers of the Garden for taking time from their schedule to upkeep the garden in its early days.

The Garden is ran 100% by volunteers of the community. If you can spare 20-30mins of time to assist in w**ding, hoeing, and especially watering (on days it doesn’t rain), it will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to our wonderful W**d &Water volunteers!!!
The Garden was freshly fully worked over before the w**ds have time to think about emerging. Very carefully between the newly emerging seedlings.

💦💦 *extra volunteers are needed daily from the community to stop in for 15mins and water the rows. Come with a friend and each person take a watering jug in each hand and it is done quick. Thank you for helping!
