For generations, Mission Circles were where faith, friendship, and mission came together.
In churches across Ontario and Quebec, women gathered each month to pray, learn about God's work around the world, and faithfully give what they could. Many had little income of their own, yet through small sacrifices and steadfast generosity, they helped support mission in extraordinary ways.
But Mission Circles were about more than raising funds. They were places where women found community, grew in their faith, and mentored the next generation—creating a legacy that continues to shape us today.
As we celebrate 150 years of the Baptist women's movement, we're looking back at the remarkable story of the Mission Circle Movement and the women who faithfully served together.
