📣 5-Day In-Person Intensive Fitrah Breathing® Retreat & Training

📍 Azhara International, Granada, Spain

🗓 8–13 September 2026

We are pleased to announce an advanced 5-day immersive retreat and training programme designed for deep integration, refinement, and professional development in Fitrah Breathing®.

This is a highly intensive experience combining structured learning with embodied practice.

Participants will engage in approximately 10 hours of training per day (50+ hours in total). Alongside classroom-based sessions, the programme will also include outdoor reflective practices in nature, supporting deeper experiential understanding, regulation, and integration of the method.

📌 Who Can Attend?

There are three categories of participants:

1️⃣ Fitrah Breathing® Course Cohort 1 – Graduates of the 9-Month Fitrah Breathing® Course

Participants who have successfully completed the full 9-month Practitioner Course and all its requirements will complete their practical instructor training during this retreat. Upon successful completion of the retreat, they will be eligible to qualify as Certified Fitrah Breathing® Instructors, in shā' Allāh.

2️⃣ Fitrah Breathing® Cohort 2 – Current Practitioner Students

Current students are welcome to attend the retreat and complete the retreat component of their training. After successfully completing the retreat and subsequently completing the full 9-month Fitrah Breathing® Practitioner Course, including all its academic and practical requirements, they will be eligible to receive the corresponding Fitrah Breathing® Instructor qualification, in shā' Allāh.

3️⃣ External Participants

Individuals who are not enrolled in the 9-month Practitioner Course are also welcome to attend this retreat as a stand-alone training experience.

They will benefit from the intensive practical training and experiential learning. However, as they have not completed the full Practitioner curriculum, they will receive a *Certificate of Attendance* rather than a Practitioner or Instructor qualification.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful.

ISIP International Students of Islamic Psychology- Toronto Chapter warmly invites you to attend our weekly Friday evening, Contemplative Walk.

For the last three years we have been gathering with the intention of Tafakkur ( Contemplation), inspired by the Quran (3:191):

Join us for an opportunity to renew, introspect and reflect on our connection to Allah, and ourselves, in nature.

This walk will take place outdoors, our gathering will include time for us to be together in remembrance as well as individual time to be alone.
