Happy Sabbath.

Spring is almost done. As we begin the month of June, the last of the late spring flowers 💐 are coming into their beautiful bloom. One of those late bloomers, is the White Wisteria. The White Wisteria is a breathtaking, vigorous deciduous vine prized for its cascades of intensely fragrant, grape-like clusters of white pea-like flowers.

Despite it's white colour, that you may dismiss the as plain and simple, there is a beauty that draws you to admire it. It's beautiful fragrance envelopes the air and creates a sense of relaxation and peace.

Exodus 18:23, tells us, "If you do this thing, and God so commands you, then you will be able to endure, and all this people will also go to their place in peace.”

God's Commandments are like a cluster of white Wisteria flowers, with it's simple beautiful and wonderful fragrance. God intended His Commandments to draw us into a loving ❤️ relationship with Him and a loving ❤️ relationship with our fellow man.

The Seventh-day Sabbath, brings a wonderful fragrance when we come together ❤️ in worship and adoration ❤️ of our loving Creator. There is a peace that God provides, when we obey His Commandment to keep His Seventh-day Sabbath Holy, rest and worship in Remembrance of His wonderful work of creation.

Join me this Sabbath day and we enjoy the peace that obedience brings, as we inhale the wondrous fragrance that only His Holy Seventh-day Sabbath offers.

Happy Sabbath.

As the weather warms up in spring, cities turn on their outdoor water fountains, after the long cold 🧊 winter. Outdoor water fountains⛲️ have dated back to 3000 BCE in Mesopotamia and Egypt.

Water fountains ⛲️ are not just beautiful because of the wonderful sounds, and magical reflections as they flow and splash in the sunlight. The constant movement of the flowing water 💧 prevents stagnation, which discourages algae and bacteria from taking hold, while adding oxygen to improve water quality, making water💧fountains⛲️beautiful.

God points out in Jeremiah 2:13, “For My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, the Fountain of Living waters, And hewn themselves cisterns—broken cisterns that can hold no water."

God refers to Himself as the Fountain ⛲️ of Living water💧. Jesus, also called Himself, the Living water💧. God then says, we have made for ourselves cisterns - jars or tanks to store or carry the water💧but the jars or tanks we have made are broken and can not hold any water💧.

Is it possible that, we have committed the same two evils, when it comes to the Sabbath? When we choose to worship on Sunday instead of the Seventh-day that God Blessed 🙌 and Santified for rest. The second is the fact that by choosing to worship 🙌 on Sunday, we are refusing to remember and recognize that God is the Creator of this world 🌎.

The same God who created the world 🌎, is the same God who asked us to rest and remember the Seventh-day Sabbath. God wants us to experience Him, the Fountain ⛲️ of the Living water💧. God wants us to come and fill our lives with Living water 💧, that flows from Him, only.

Join me this Seventh-day Sabbath as we waddle, in the Living water💧, that only the Creator can provide. Let us gather at the Fountain ⛲️ of Living water💧as we taste and see that the Lord is good.

Happy Sabbath.

If you read my Happy Sabbath Posters, you know, Spring is my favorite time of the year. Spring brings hope, new growth and new life. I feel so inspired by the miracle of things transforming and starting to bloom. I can not help but be thankful to a loving ❤️ Creator and Heavenly Father for His loving ❤️ Grace and Mercies.

This week's poster is of my neighbours tree 🌳 in full bloom. At the right angle, there are two evergreen 🌲 trees in the middle of the tree 🌳 in full bloom. It got me thinking 🤔 isn't that just like God's love 💕? His two Commandments are wrapped in His love 💕, just like those two evergreen🌲trees are surrounded by the tree in bloom.

Jesus illustrated that in Matthew 22:37-40, Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Love ❤️ to God and love ❤️ to man. That is the basis of the Ten Commandments. Not legalism or works. It's LOVE ❤️! The fifth Commandment reminds us to honour our Parents. The last five Commandments are what not to do, if we want to show love to our fellow man.

The first four Commandments directly tell us, how to love God. Yes, love ❤️ God! God desires a response to the love ❤️ He has demonstrated and shown us, as Creator, Saviour, and friend. The fourth Commandment Reminds us to REMEMBER the Seventh-day Sabbath because God rested after creating the earth 🌎 in six days. By resting on the Seventh-day Sabbath, you recognize and pay tribute to God, by spending time with the one the Created you.

Join me this Sabbath as we show LOVE ❤️ to our Creator, Saviour and Friend, by Resting, Spending time, Worshipping and Recognizing Him for Who He is and What He has done. Show some love ❤️ to God today.

Happy Sabbath

On December 25, 2021, the James Webb Space Telescope 🔭 (JWST), was launched. It's purpose was to look at light coming from the origins of space and time. Scientists were looking for evidence to prove their Big Bang Theory.

The idea was to collect light at the point of the spark that started universe💫. As the James Webb Space Telescope 🔭 collected light and started sending back photographs, Scientists and Astronauts were surprised and amazed.

Their Big Bang theory had predicted that the universe would be extremely hot🔥and would not have cool down enough to form galaxies.

What scientists saw, forced them to re-evaluate their Big Bang Theory. The further the James Webb Space Telescope 🔭 looked back into the universe, the scientists saw well-formed galaxies. Galaxies made up of complex stars✨️, and planets 💫, those should not have existed at the moment of the Big Bang.

The Bible tells use that in Genesis 1:3, "Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light." Isaiah 37:16 tells us, "You are God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth."

God is the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth 🌎. He Created and Called the universe into existence. All the light that the James Webb Space Telescope 🔭 is collecting was created by Him.

Nothing existed before God created them. God Planned, Designed and Created the Earth 🌎, the moons🌙, suns☀️ and the stars ✨️. Nothing that exist, exist without God. God Created everything, visible or invisible.

Please join me this Seventh-day Sabbath as we rest in Obedience of our Loving ❤️, Creative ❤️, and Awesome ❤️ Creator who designed and made the Heavens and the Earth 🌎 and asked us to Remember, Rest and Reverence the Sabbath because He rested from all He created and made.

Happy Sabbath.

On Friday, I visited the Etobicoke General Hospital foot clinic in Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦. I've been going there on a regular basis since my surgery over a year ago. One of the things I do on every visit is to take a picture from the same window to capture the sunrise 🌅.

Over the months I noticed the changing position of the sun in the sky. From my position from the forth (4th) window of the foot clinic, I observed the amazing 👏 design of our wonderful Creator who created the earth 🌎 and positioned it on an axis in empty space. The tilt of the axis changes the earth's 🌎 distance from the sun, and creates the seasons. As a result, we experience Winter and Summer in the Northern and Southern hemispheres.

A small shift in the tilt of the earth's 🌎 axis will result in permanent Winters or Summers in both hemispheres. Job 26:7 tells us that, "He (God) stretches out the north over empty space; He (God) hangs the earth 🌎 on nothing." Science have proven that space is indeed empty and there is nothing holding the earth 🌎 in it's orbit around the sun☀️.

Many question why is the Seventh-day Sabbath unchangeable or how and why it hasn't changed. You see the same God that "stretched out the north in empty space" and "hung the earth 🌎 on nothing," Blessed and made the Sabbath day Holy during the creation of the planet earth 🌏. As a result, as long as the earth 🌎 remains, so will the Seventh-day Sabbath remain the same.

Join me this unchanging Seventh-day Sabbath. Let us praise 👏 and worship 🙌 our unchanging Creator, Saviour and soon coming King. He invites us to be anchor in His love ❤️ and Sabbath, the same way He holds the earth 🌎 in orbit and on it's axis. We can be certain that the earth 🌎 will not be move out of it's place, neither will His Seventh-day Sabbath.

Happy Sabbath.

I love ❤️ how Peaceful a frozen, snow ❄️ covered lake appears during the winter. No waves. No movement. Perfectly smooth. Very peaceful.

If you looked at the news this month, you hear and see that we have lost peace ✌️. It feels like the war with Iran will expand and consume the whole world 🌎. It appears that we are all involved at one level or the other. The war is affecting you from the grocery store to the gas ⛽️ pump.

Jesus, the Creator, offers peace in a way that might not be obvious at first glance. In John 14:27, Jesus says, "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

Whoa, Jesus the Prince of Peace, is offering His Peace. As the Creator and Eternal God, knows the beginning to the end. He is in control of the future and promises that all things will be restored to the perfect condition He created it. That's a Peace ✌️ you can rely on.

The Seventh-day Sabbath gives us a taste of that Peace, which God offers. A 24 hours period from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday. A time that we can turn off the world 🌎 and focus on the Prince of Peace. A time ⏲️ to focus on our Creator. A time to be at Peace with our fellow man and God our Creator. A time ⏲️ to be at Peace, the Peace that Jesus offers in John 14:27.

Join me this Sabbath day, as we remove ourself from the wars around us, on TV 📺, radio 📻 and the news 📰 online. Let us come and bath in the Peace that the Seventh-day Sabbath offers, as we worship our loving Creator, the Prince of Peace who offers us a Peace we can not get from the world 🌎.
