Palm Sunday shenanigans at Stoney Creek United Church this morning!

We were blessed to have so many of our youngest friends join us today!

We made some super cute Hosanna Donkeys in between very important play-breaks!

Mass choir rehearsal in progress! So many singers have come out to lend their voices to learn and record “Hosanna, Loud, Hosanna” under the direction of Andrew Poaps
So excited to see and hear how this comes together on Palm Sunday!

Are you a youth or the guardian of one? Did you know we have youth open gym every other Friday?
Join us starting March 6th from 7pm – 9pm for sport, camaraderie and a safe place for ages 12-17 to hang out. All the cool kids are doing it. 🏀

On Sunday, we welcomed the season of Lent by putting away the hallelujah. We talked about how we fast from using hallelujah until Easter Sunday to remember the 40 days Jesus spent in desert. Our Hallelujahs will remain tucked away in our custom designed wrapping paper until April 5th. Join us on Easter Sunday to see what happens when we open the box!
