Updates and information for the British Columbia & Yukon Anglican Youth Movement!

The British Columbia and Yukon Anglican Youth Movement (BCYAYM) is many things to many people. Most specifically, we are a group of youth that cares about the spiritual and social lives of youth in the Anglican Province of British Columbia and Yukon. Every year events are organized by an elected council of youth under the guidance of a clerical and lay representative. We strive for fun and fellowship, challenges and change, and spiritual growth and special memories.

On Friday may 28th the undocumented remains of 215 indigenous children ages 3-18 were found on site at a former residential school in Kamloops B.C. This is a wake up call that this is not Canada’s dark past. This is Canada’s present. We stand now with the thousands of other First Nations people who suffered verbal abuse, physical abuse, loss of culture and immense intergenerational trauma. I ask you all to please educate yourself and do your part!
