This past weekend, I had the privilege of standing alongside esteemed Bishops and Pastors as we received an award for outstanding leadership, faithful service, and lasting impact in ministry. I felt deeply humbled as Bishop Alford Baxter and Pastor Mark Baxter, Bishop and Pastor of Faith Miracle Temple of Toronto, presented the award. This is where I originally served as a member, youth secretary, missionary evangelist, moderator, choir member, and part of a group called the Cathedral Charmers. I am truly blessed as I reflect on my gratitude to God for transforming a girl from a disadvantaged background into someone who can now represent Him. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Bishop Baxter for this wonderful recognition. Special thanks are also due to Bishop Dudley Bent, whom God used to propel me to the next level of Pastoral and Bishopric leadership over the past twenty-five years. May God continue to bless these Generals in His army who have allowed Him to use them for His glory. May their crowns be adorned with many stars representing the souls they have touched.
