This Friday is our last Parliament Hill Christian Fellowship as we will be pausing our meetings during the Christmas recess. We meet at 12:00 noon in the Sean O’Sullivan Meditation Room (177 East Block) and are looking forward to hearing from Gail Docksteader. Gail has just released a book, entitled, "Born to Know God: Discovering the One who changes everything" (see cover below). Gail will be sharing about the book, what motivated her to write it, and the journey to get it published. You won't want to miss it!

Our meeting will include a light lunch of salads and sandwiches but if you prefer to bring your own lunch, please feel free to do so! Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend, but RSVPs are needed to ensure we have enough food.

SPEAKER BIO - GAIL DOCKSTEADER
Gail and her husband served in pastoral ministry and with the Citizens Centre for Freedom and Democracy. After moving to Ottawa in 2012, she worked on Parliament Hill, at the National House of Prayer, and in her community. She currently devotes her time ministering as co-leader of Parliament Hill Christian Fellowship. Gail is a passionate worship leader and emerging author. She and her husband, Craig, have been married for 40 years and are blessed with three daughters, a son-in-law, and six granddaughters—who know her best as an all-around Super-Nana.
PARLIAMENT HILL CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP
PHCF has been meeting on Parliament Hill since 1976 and is a weekly non-partisan, ecumenical, Christ-centered meeting for Christians on and around Parliament Hill. Our meetings include fellowship and a short talk that encourages us in our faith and in our professional lives. It’s an excellent opportunity to connect with other Christians on Parliament Hill. The leadership team for Hill Fellowship currently consists of Craig and Gail Docksteader, Mary-Elsie Wolfe and Diane Scharf.
