Today while half of our church served at DUO in Oshawa, the other half participated in children's house church!

It is a core of our DNA for Village Church to be in the community making an impact.

It is also vital to our core mission to disciple the children. They are the church!

Today we had the privilege of doing both.

This coming Sunday is our community service Sunday! We will be partnering with DUO to assist with their feeding program for those in our community experiencing homelessness.

As the adults and the older children are off serving, the younger children will be discipled in our house church through a program designed just for them.

Village Church has been meeting for 3 weeks. We are focused on seeking God and growing deeper in relationship with Him and each other. The fellowship each week is such an incredible blessing. God is doing something amazing and we are so grateful to be a part of it.

We had a fantastic first Sunday. Cannot wait for next Sunday.God is so faithful.

I'm Jackie and this is my lovely family. I have been a pastor for over a decade and am honored to be the pastor of Village!

God placed it on my heart to plant an authentic, New Testament Fellowship type house church network.

My husband, Jesse, is my key supporter in all of this! He is also the Village worship leader. I'm so grateful for his musical ability because I have none 🤣

My kids are excited to meet new families and grow deeper together as we seek God as a community.

Weekly worship services will feel more like a family get together and less like a traditional service.
