Renaissance Church Montreal

Renaissance Church Montreal Renaissance Church is a protestant church located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Service each Sunday at 10am 625 Rue Fortune. Bonjour/Hello!

Renaissance Church is a protestant church located in Montreal. Our church began a few years ago when a group of Christians started a Bible study and began to try to meet various needs in our community. From there, we started to meet once a month as a church and launched our weekly worship gatherings in January 2015. Since launching our worship gathering, we have tried to be a church that shares J

esus in the everyday nooks and crannies of life and to meet practical needs of people as a way to demonstrate how God has so richly served us, as is evidently displayed through Jesus. To do this, we have created various discipleship groups that meet throughout the week where we talk about the Bible, share everyday life with one another, and seek to serve the city in various ways. We also meet collectively as a church on Sundays at 10am for our worship gathering @ 625 Rue Fortune. We are a church that is committed to sharing the Gospel and our lives with others and have a passion for church planting and training our local church on how to use their own gifts, talents and passions to share their lives and the Gospel in everyday contexts. This past Sunday, we had the pleasure of welcoming guest speaker Paul. Pastor Paul, delivered a powerful message on Completion in Brokenness and how God’s grace and everlasting love continues to shine the brightest in most of our fragile moments especially in the midst of brokenness. Thank you Paul, for sharing this important message and for reminding us that we are indeed not weak when we put our lives in the hands of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Don’t forget to join us at Renaissance Church on Sundays!

This week we celebrate Good Friday where our freedom was purchased by Jesus by dying on the cross for our sins. We shared a meal together and studied how Jesus taught that the entire Passover meal points to him. Today we celebrate his resurrection and reflect on the new life that we have in him. Though our sin kept him on the cross he still comes to us in peace.

Join us at Renaissance Church every Sunday morning for worship at 625 Rue Fortune at 10AM. We exist to love Jesus, love each other, and love our world.

Why do you give? Why do you give how much you give?

Disciples are stewards of gods resources. As part of His creation, what ever we possess is not of our own. As we belong to God, we are stewards of the Earth.

God has entrusted us with so much. As disciples, we must be giving to people as our wealth is in knowing Jesus and loving self sacrificially.

Giving is an important way we worship and work towards seeing our communities transform. If you are moved to give to our church this week, please visit the link in our bio.

We gather every Sunday morning for worship at 625 Rue Fortune at 10 am. We exist to love Jesus, love each other, and love our world.

Last Sunday, we had Jethro, a guest speaker, who walked us through Matthew 27 and spoke about the paradoxical nature of Christ’s crucification as an act of both injustice and redemption. Thank you Jethro for spreading the good word of God and for reminding us of His sacrificial nature.

Join us every Sunday at 10 am at Renaissance Church (625 Rue Fortune)!

As a pillar of hope and light in the community of Pointe-Saint-Charles, Share the Warmth has helped many members of the community by providing fresh and healthy food at their weekly food bank. As we celebrate the joy of the holidays, let's also extend a helping hand to our community members facing food insecurity.

Ways to get involved:
* Drop off your non-perishable items at our designated collection box
* Participate on their online fundraising campaign

Let's make this holiday season special by embodying a spirit of giving!
