❤️ What a wonderful 129th Anniversary celebration at Hillman Church! ⛪🎉

We are so incredibly grateful to the 40+ people who joined us to celebrate this special milestone. Seeing our little church filled with familiar faces, friends, neighbours and new visitors made the day especially meaningful.

A special thank you to Rob Cornies, our guest speaker, for sharing Sunday’s message, and to his two daughters for sharing their beautiful voices with us in song. 🎶🙏 It made our anniversary service that much more special.

We hope everyone enjoyed the service, fellowship and delicious potluck! Thank you to everyone who brought food, helped out and simply came through our doors to celebrate with us. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you.

We would love to see you back! Our regular service is held every Sunday from 10:00–11:00 AM, and everyone is welcome.

🎤 We also welcome new guest speakers! If you have an uplifting religious message you’d like to share—or have always wanted to give speaking at a service a try—we’d love to hear from you.

Tomorrow marks 129 years since Hillman Church opened on August 16, 1897. For generations, neighbours, families and friends have gathered in our little white church beside Hillman Marsh to worship, share fellowship and build community. ❤️

As we approach our 129th anniversary, we're proud to continue the tradition of faith and fellowship that began when the church was opened on August 16, 1897.

Each week features a different guest speaker sharing an inspiring religious message. We also welcome individuals who are interested in serving as guest speakers.

🎂 On the last Sunday of each month, we celebrate member birthdays with a delicious potluck and fellowship after the service.

Whether you're a longtime resident, new to the area, or simply looking for a place to worship, we'd love to have you join us.

We have lost another wonderful neighbour and friend. Helen had blessed us with her presence in the church until her health declined. She and I spent many springs on the back of the tomato planter talking and laughing. I often forgot that I was the same age as her children. She was one of my best friends.
