Today is World Hunger Day.

World Hunger Day is commemorated each year on May 28. Founded by the Hunger Project, this day is important in raising awareness of the ongoing global food crisis, an emergency affecting millions worldwide, especially children.

Today, let us pray that the Holy Spirit would help us respond to God’s prompting and become faithful witnesses to our Five.

Lord,
grant that I may always allow myself to be guided by You,
always follow Your plans, and perfectly accomplish Your Holy Will.
Help me respond to the slightest prompting of Your Grace,
so that I may be Your trustworthy instrument for Your honour.
