Dennis’ smile is often the first thing someone sees when they step through the doors. “How are you?”He genuinely wants to know and that sets the tone for the whole morning.⁣⁣⠀

Dennis is our pastor’s dad. If you want to know where Garth gets his heart for people, look no further. Dennis loves Jesus and loves his family. His kids and grandkids pursuing the Lord is the kind of legacy that speaks for itself.⁣⁣⠀

And when the Maker of Heaven and Earth, the One who knows you better than anyone, asks you specifically, what is your answer?⁣⁣⠀

This isn’t about adding one more thing to your already-full schedule. It’s about noticing what’s already shaping you, and choosing on purpose to let His love take the lead. ⁣⁣⠀⁣⁣⠀

In this next season, what will you be glad that you made time for? Worshipping with your church family? Challenging your current thoughts and perspective in a small group? Listening to His voice out in a quiet pasture? ⁣⁣⠀

You were never meant to do this life alone. ⁣⁣

Nathan is the kind of guy who listens, observes, and doesn’t share until he has something real to say. When he speaks, it’s worth hearing. His quiet discernment is so valuable to our leadership team, where we are blessed by his balanced and thoughtful perspective.⁣⁣⠀

He’s also the core of our sound team. When things go wrong on a Sunday morning (and they often do), Nathan is often the one who figures it out. He calmly solves problems everyone else has given up on.⁣⁣⠀

On top of it all, he plays bass and brings his passion and skill to our worship times. 🎸 ⁣⁣⠀

Rich has been part of this church for a long time, long enough to have poured himself into it in more ways than most people realize. He’s on the leadership team, teaches Sunday school, heads up our prophetic team, co-hosts Monday night small group, and quietly manages all the church finances in the background: the spreadsheets, the paychecks, the tax stuff nobody else wants to touch. Unpaid and unannounced, just done.⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
He also steps in to preach when Garth needs a Sunday off, and he brings a steadiness and balance to everything he teaches. His heart is for people to understand that love isn’t transactional, that friendship and relationship are God’s heart for His people. ⁣⁣⠀

Rich is an introvert with a pastor’s heart, which means you might not always catch it on a Sunday morning. But sit down with him one on one and you’ll find someone full of wisdom, encouragement, and a genuine desire to know you.⁣⁣⠀

Some people create space—literally and spiritually—for others to encounter something beautiful. 🎨⁣⁣⠀

Andrea is an artist, a chef, and one of the most quietly profound people in our church. She organizes and leads Ladies Nights—evenings of creativity, connection, and conversation about God—bringing together art, good food, and the kind of atmosphere where women feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
She and her husband Shane co-host Monday night Bible study, and when she’s serving as a service leader on Sunday mornings, she always comes with something worth hearing—something she’s been sitting with, learning from Jesus, that has a way of landing exactly where it needs to.⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
She’s quieter in a crowd, but when Andrea speaks, people lean in. She carries a depth of wisdom and a prophetic heart that has meant a lot to this community.⁣⁣⠀

We’re grateful for the way you make people feel seen, fed, and cared for, Andrea. 🙏⁣⁣⠀

There’s something about gathering at the lake together that just feels like *this* 🌊⁣⁣⠀

Sunday was one of those days. Beautiful weather, a breeze that kept things cool and the bugs away, good food, and the kind of easy time together that summer was made for.⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
And in the middle of it all, four of our kids and youth walked into the water and declared: I belong to Jesus.⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
We couldn’t be prouder. We couldn’t be more grateful. How good and pleasant it is. 🙏⁣⁣

Some people walk into a room and the energy just lifts. That’s Sara. ✨⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
She is one of our Sunday school teachers, shows up for pre-service prayer on Sunday mornings, and will stop whatever she’s doing to pray with you or wrap you in a hug right there on the spot.⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
But if you’ve ever walked into our church and thought *wow, this place looks beautiful*—that’s Sara too. She heads up décor for every season, filling the space with colour, warmth, and those little touches that make it feel like someone really cares.⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
Every summer she pours herself into VBS—helping plan it, designing decorations that make the whole space come alive for kids, and prepping crafts that make it memorable. And every May, she and her husband load up the youth and take them to a conference, staying up late and pouring into the next generation with everything they’ve got.⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
Sara brings colour—literally and figuratively—to everything she touches. We are so grateful for her enthusiasm, her creativity, and her great big heart. 🙏🎨⁣⁣

Some of the most faithful servants in our church are also the ones leading it. 🧡⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
Garth and Karen have been showing up for this community in more ways than we can count. Garth is passionate about sharing Jesus — not just on Sundays, but all week long, in everyday conversations with everyday people. Karen leads a women’s Bible study on Tuesday nights and between the two of them, they’re on the hospitality roster, hosting a backyard BBQ every June, and genuinely just loving on whoever walks through the door.⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
Lately they’ve been preaching together on Sunday mornings, and it’s been a real gift to see them lead side by side.⁣⁣⠀
⁣⁣⠀
We are so grateful for a pastor and his wife who don’t just talk about community — they live it. 🙏⁣⁣
