2nd Quarter Thanksgiving of God’s People

Distance may separate our locales, but the Spirit binds our hearts as one. Looking back at our 2nd Quarter Special Thanksgiving (SPBB)—from Grande Prairie all the way to Edmonton and every beautiful locale in between—we are reminded of the undeniable warmth of our brotherhood.

The atmosphere in Edmonton, Alberta, was charged with divine joy during the midyear Fiesta ng Dios on June 21, 2026. Traveling from the northern peace region, the MCGI Grande Prairie locale chapter eagerly united with the regional flock to participate in this grand celebration of faith and Brethren Day of Service. True to the doctrine of compassion without partiality, the event transformed into an altar of thanksgiving where good deeds served as the ultimate offering. Every shared meal, helpful device distributed, and smile exchanged served as a reflection of the love of Christ, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of the believers who came together to serve with gladness.

On April 11, 2026, the MCGI Grande Prairie Chapter, was transformed into a hub of compassion as brethren and volunteers gathered for a mass blood donation drive, with collected blood bags subsequently transferred to Canadian Blood Services.
