I really feel God putting it on my heart to host another women’s conference next April.

Lord willing, we’ll gather once again at Elim Lodge in Alberta Beach.

This year’s conference reminded me how deeply women need connection. We need intentional time away from the busyness of everyday life to worship, grow, pray, and meditate on God’s Word together.

There is something so powerful about stepping away from our routines and making room for God to speak. He meets us in those moments, strengthens our faith, heals our hearts, and equips us to love and serve those around us.

Lives are changed when women encounter Jesus—and the impact doesn’t stop with us. It flows into our marriages, our families, our churches, our friendships, and our communities.

I’m already praying about what God has in store for next year. 💙

After my mom passed away, I found myself slipping into a rut. Grief has a way of taking the joy out of things, and I knew I needed to find a healthy way forward.

I’ve loved sports my entire life, but after tearing both of my ACLs and having two knee surgeries, I had to give up soccer four years ago. That was a difficult loss.

In January, I started playing pickleball more seriously.

What I didn’t expect was how much this sport would help heal my heart. It has reminded me to appreciate the body God gave me, given me an outlet for stress, and brought joy back into a season that had been filled with sorrow.

Yesterday, I earned my 3.5 rating! At 47 years old, I’m so proud that I kept challenging myself instead of giving up.

Having faith in God doesn’t mean we won’t walk through storms. Sometimes faith is choosing to take one more step, trusting that God is walking beside us, even when the path is hard to see.

I praise Him for His goodness. He has been faithful through every season, and I know I’m on a healing journey. Grief is still part of my story, but so is hope—and pickleball has unexpectedly become part of that healing.

I was blessed to spend a few days in Montréal.

In just two days, I walked over 30,000 steps, explored Old Montréal, and visited three beautiful cathedrals.

My favorite was Saint James. It was the smallest of the three, yet it was there that I felt God’s presence the most. I could have sat quietly in those pews for hours.

Montréal has been on my bucket list for years, and although my time was short, I’m so grateful I was able to see and experience as much of it as I could.

What a blessing to witness such beauty, history, and moments of stillness with the Lord.

There is something so powerful about saying yes to God when He places a call on your heart.

It doesn’t always feel comfortable. It doesn’t always feel easy. But faith was never meant to stay safe—it was meant to move.

Every time I have the opportunity to speak, to teach, and to sit with women in the presence of God, I am reminded that this is not something I take lightly. This is a calling. This is a responsibility. This is a gift.

I don’t want to build anything for myself—I want to walk fully in what God has called me to do.

This is more than events. More than teaching. More than words.

This is ministry.

And I am so deeply grateful that God would trust me with it.

What a blessing it was to teach my Strong & Courageous Bible study to such a beautiful group of women. Their hearts were open and ready to learn, their hospitality was incredible, the food was amazing, and their faith was so evident.
