The Brookvale Canada Cup and Gran Fondo PEI are looking for volunteers to help bring these incredible events to life!

Whether you want to help with registration, support the course, assist at aid stations, or lend a hand with setup and tear down, there’s a role for everyone!!

📍Sunday service will be held at the Afton hall at 10:30AM.

This is a potluck gathering so if you can bring something to share please do and if you can't bring anything please come anyways! All is welcome 😁

In just over a week the Watoto Children's Choir will be here in Long Creek! Check out the video and post for details. Long Creek Baptist Church, 3799 West River Road, 6:30 pm, Wednesday, April 29.

Come and join us. A no-strings offering will be taken in support of the choir. Admission is free.

Imagine a big room full of activity stations that can be enjoyed again and again. Refreshments and snacks are available too! Bring your neighbour and enjoy this Easter celebration!

Happy Valentine's Day 💌

❤️ 1 Peter 4:8 ❤️

"Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins"

It's so easy to get focused on the romance of Valentine's Day with the bouquets of flowers 💐or the boxes of chocolates 🍫 or the sweet love letters 💌 from the special someone.

Maybe Valentine's Day has a different meaning to you that brings up pain or loneliness. Maybe you just lost a partner, had a break-up or just don't feel like you have anyone 💔

Well how about this Valentine's Day we take some time to remember the love Christ gives us no matter who we are or what we have done. Let's give the love He gives us freely and love those around us as He love them also. It could be that you have been holding onto a hurt from someone, find yourself gossiping about others behind there back, or just general don't like someone. They are still God's people just like you and me.

Now I understand that just loving others can be a very difficult thing to do. But with time, prayer, and a desire to change the way you feel about someone, it is possible. Little steps at a time.

Let's make the change to love each other deeply starting today and to the days beyond ❤️🥰
