Youth Ministry Part-Time Job Opportunity at River Park Church

River Park Church is seeking to fill the position of Youth Ministry Leader in a multi-cultural and multi-generational ministry setting. This part-time position (10 hrs/week) commences in September 2021 and will work closely with the pastoral staff so that youth connected with River Park Church are supported in their spiritual walk and grow in their relationship with God. The successful applicant will be a mature and growing Christian that thrives in interacting and communicating effectively with youth and helping facilitate an atmosphere for God to become real and meaningful in the lives of youth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building supportive relationships and mentoring youth through one-on-one engagement, small group gatherings and larger group meetings.
- Enabling opportunities for spiritual formation and discipleship through increasing the understanding and integration of Scripture into the lives of youth.
- Initiating and helping facilitate youth events that fosters spiritual growth and social connectivity among youth.
- Seeking out, recognizing and equipping potential volunteer youth leaders to use their gifts for the RPC Youth Ministry and/or River Park Church.
