Malankara Catholic Church is a vibrant oriental Catholic rite deeply rooted in Kerala, India. Our Church is part of the Antiochian liturgical family, which was established through the reunion movement led by Bishop Mar Ivanios of the Malankara Orthodox Church in 1930. With a devoted community of approximately half a million faithful spread across India and various parts of the world, we strive to uphold our rich traditions and spiritual heritage.

At the helm of our Church is His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos, a respected leader who guides us with wisdom and compassion. Under his guidance, we are committed to fostering unity among our members and nurturing a deep sense of faith.

We are pleased to introduce the St. Jude Malankara Catholic Mission, a parish community that was established in September 2015. Our mission is to provide a spiritual home and support system for the Malankara Catholic faithful residing in Calgary and its surrounding areas. We understand the importance of maintaining a strong connection to our roots and the language of our ancestors, which is why our Masses are conducted in the beautiful Malayalam language.

Each week, we gather to celebrate the Holy Liturgy, offering a sacred space for worship, prayer, and fellowship. Our Masses are conducted with great reverence, ensuring a meaningful and enriching experience for all attendees. We warmly welcome individuals and families to join us in experiencing the divine grace and blessings that flow through our worship services.

Through various initiatives and activities, we strive to deepen our spiritual growth, nurture our faith, and extend support to our community. We encourage active participation in our ministries, events, and educational programs, as they provide opportunities for personal and collective growth.
