This page is not an official page of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Church recreation camps provide a dedicated outdoor setting for Church activities. The primary purpose of these camps is to help young women feel the Spirit and enjoy safe, wholesome recreation. Stakes, wards, families, and others may also use these camps for approved activities.

Due to the spring ice storm, the Thomas S. Monson Camp has an abundance of firewood, and our storage is now full. With winter approaching, we are offering free firewood to anyone who burns wood. Bring a trailer and help with loading. Wood is available in various sizes.

Last week the TSM Camp was home to the Brampton and Ottawa Stake Young Women’s Camp, which included a cultural showcase, a service project, crafts, a Hawaiian dance and a slip n slide!

We were happy to host Oshawa and Kitchener Stake Young Women at the TSM camp this week. What an awesome camp!

Last week, the TSM Camp hosted the Oshawa and Toronto Stakes plus the Kingston District for their annual Stake Young Women camp. The camp focused on "Women of Faith" from the scriptures, with sessions on Esther, Eve, Elisabeth, and Emma Smith. The faith walk concluded with the young women planting "flowers of faith" in the Serenity Garden.

Highlights included colour messy games with a big slip and slide, a variety night on the beach, a dance, swimming, and team-building activities. The week culminated in a powerful testimony meeting on Friday night, where the young women expressed their love for each other and their Heavenly Father.
