Welcome to August 2025! August 2025 fasting prayer points


1. In Ephesians 1:3, the Bible states: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms. Bless God with all that is within you.



2. Confess your sins and ask for forgiveness from God, praying that the blood of Jesus cleans you and all yours. If I had not confessed the sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened. But God did listen! He paid attention to my prayer. Praise God, who did not ignore my prayer or withdraw his unfailing love from me. (Psalm 68:18-20)



3. Psalm 95:1 says: Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Praise him with songs of worship and thanksgiving.



4. Confession:

1 Kings 6:38 And in the eleventh year, in the month of Bul, which is the eighth month, the house was finished in all its details and according to all its plans. So he was seven years in building it.

Zechariah 1:1
In the eighth month of the second year [of the reign] of Darius [the king of Persia], the word of the LORD came to Zechariah (the LORD remembers) the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo, the prophet, saying,

August, the eight month will be for you:
• A season of open heavens
• A season when potentials will be established and manifest
• A season when great projects will be completed
• A season when your life will glorify God
• A season of receiving clearly from God
• A season of arriving at the destination you have been seeking to get to
• A season of breakthroughs

May these be your portion in this month and beyond in the name of Jesus.

5. Father, let my heavens open in this month and beyond in the name of Jesus.



6. August is a month of seeking the Lord and waiting for His reply. I will receive clear guidance from the Lord, my potential will not die without manifestation in the name of Jesus.



7. My potentials manifest by fire to the glory of God in Jesus’ name.



8. I will impact my world and generation for good in Jesus’ name.

9. Lord, let me hear you clearly in this season and grant me the grace to obey you completely in the name of Jesus.



10. Father, let my potentials be established and manifest to your glory in the name of Jesus.



11. Open heavens are my portion in Jesus’ name.



12. I will reach the goal I have been laboring for months to reach in the name of Jesus.



13. In this month, I lay hold on my desired expectations in Jesus’ name.



14. I will arrive at my intended destination by the will, grace, and zeal of God in the name of Jesus.

16. My favour will speak, God's favour will speak on my behalf always in Jesus’ name.

24. Evil altars fashioned against me and my family, catch fire and burn to ashes in the name of Jesus.



25. Arrows, jinxes, spells, and curses being sent to attack me and mine, go back to senders sevenfold in the name of Jesus.



26. Lord of hosts, see me through every situation in this month and beyond in Jesus’ name.



27. Lord of hosts, you are a man of war, give me victory over stubborn opposition and unrelenting adversaries in Jesus’ name.



28. Evil conspiracies assigned to displace me and put me to shame, be scattered concerning me and consume the conspirators in Jesus’ name.



29. Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, provide for all my needs, do not let me lack in the name of Jesus.



30. Holy Ghost, by your fire, protect and shield me always in Jesus’ name.



31. Failure at the edge of breakthrough come to a permanent end in my life, family, career, ministry, and destiny in Jesus mighty name.

40. Let nations flow into and be established in God’s Solution Ministries, let there be supernatural growth and increase on all fronts in Jesus’ name.



41. Enchantment of evil powers targeted against me and my family, go back to senders in Jesus’ name.



42. Lord of hosts, let your glorious voice be heard, show the lighting down of your arm, display the indignation of your anger, use the flame of your devouring fire with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones to destroy every evil power working against me, assigned against me and give me total victory in Jesus’ name.

43. Lord of hosts, in battles of shaking, fight and defeat all my past, present and future problems and give me my blessings, joy, dancing and celebrations in the name of Jesus.



44. Lord of hosts, as birds flying, defend me, defending also deliver me and passing over preserve me and mine in the name of Jesus (Isaiah 31:5).

45. I will flourish, I will reach my goal and fulfill my God-given destiny by the power in the blood of Jesus.

This has been defined as the state or fact of existing, occurring, or being present in a place or thing.

Divine presence therefore means:

- Being present in the presence of God

- Having an excellent and delightful encounter with God

- Enjoying the providence of God

- Being in the company of our heavenly Father

- Being in touch with the supreme celestial beings and in their environment

- Having godly presence around you.

1.. In Ephesians 1:3, the Bible states: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms. Bless God with all that is within you.

2. Confess your sins and ask for forgiveness from God, praying that the blood of Jesus cleans you and all yours. If I had not confessed the sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened. But God did listen! He paid attention to my prayer. Praise God, who did not ignore my prayer or withdraw his unfailing love from me. (Psalm 68:18-20)

The plan of your enemies against you will fail

Hidden things brought to Light

Prayers:

1. Give thanks and praises to the Most-High God, the creator of the heavens and the earth.

2. Father, let the root cause of my afflictions, be exposed and destroyed in the name of Jesus.

3. Lord of Hosts, let my glorious next levels manifest and bless my life, family and destiny in the name of Jesus.

Text: Job 28:7-12, 25, 27-28 KJV
[7] There is a path which no fowl knoweth, And which the vulture's eye hath not seen:

[8] The lion's whelps have not trodden it, Nor the fierce lion passed by it.

[9] He putteth forth his hand upon the rock; He overturneth the mountains by the roots.

[10] He cutteth out rivers among the rocks; And his eye seeth every precious thing.

[11] He bindeth the floods from overflowing; And the thing that is hid bringeth he forth to light.

[12] But where shall wisdom be found? And where is the place of understanding?
[25] To make the weight for the winds; And he weigheth the waters by measure.
[27] Then did he see it, and declare it; He prepared it, yea, and searched it out. [28] And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; And to depart from evil is understanding.

Note

Daniel 2:21 – 22 says …21He changes the times and seasons; He removes kings and establishes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning. 22He reveals the deep and hidden things; He knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with Him.

- Secrets deliver glory

- Secrets deliver wealth, high level positioning and maintains leadership positions e.g. coca cola recipe, Tim Hortons recipe etc


What happens when hidden things are brought to light?

1. Death abolished, life and immortality is brought to life

2 Timothy 9 Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, 10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

2. Lights bring to your knowledge hidden things you need to know
Mark 4:22 For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light.

Pray:

- Father of lights, bring to light every hidden thing I need to know in the name of Jesus.

- Lord, reveal to me every hidden thing I need to know that would propel my life forward in the name of Jesus.

3. Some powers and people hide information that you need to get to your glorious next levels

Luke 8:17 For nothing is secret that will not be revealed, nor anything hidden that will not be known and come to light.

Pray: Powers hiding what should make me great, expire in the name of Jesus.

May powers hiding what should make you great, release them and perish in the name of Jesus.

May every greatness and next level you have been denied of be delivered to you now in the name of Jesus.

4. Light delivers from the pit
Job 33:30 - To bring back his soul from the pit, to be enlightened with the light of the living.

Pray: Lord, let your glorious light bring me out of every pit of life and destiny in the name of Jesus.

May you be enlightened by the light of the living in the name of Jesus.

To beautify the place of My sanctuary;
And I will make the place of My feet glorious.
14“The sons of those who afflicted you will come bowing to you,
And all those who despised you will bow down at the soles of your feet;
And they will call you the city of the LORD,
The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
15“Whereas you have been forsaken and hated
With no one passing through,
I will make you an object of pride forever,
A joy from generation to generation.
16“You will also suck the milk of nations,
And suck the breast of kings;
Then you will know that I, the LORD, am your Savior
And your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.
17“Instead of bronze I will bring gold,

And I will make peace your administrators,

May this be our portion throughout this year and beyond in the name of Jesus.
