UPDATE:
SERVICE MOVED TO HOLY TRINITY OAK LEAF DUE TO RAIN

There's a saying, if you want to make God laugh, tell God your plans. I knew we shouldn't have consulted the Magic 8 ball! It looks like the heavy rain came early so we will hold the service indoors at Holy Trinity Oak Leaf, 107 Holy Trinity Rd (between Lower and Upper Oak Leaf Rds).

We invite you to join us for our Annual Memorial Worship Service at St. Anne's Anglican Cemetery, Easton's Corners this coming Sunday, July 26th, at 2PM.
Please bring a lawn chair and whatever's necessary for comfort weather-wise.

The storms held off to safely gather for a delicious Father's Day weekend supper. Thank you to everyone who came to supper, and special thanks to all the cooks, preppers, servers and clean-uppers!

EDIT Saturday evening: Due to the forecast our 9AM worship will move from the lawn to inside St. Andrew's. We can be flexible at Elgin for 5PM worship as to whether we need to go inside.

We invite you to join us this coming Sunday, June 21st, as we commemorate National Indigenous Day of Prayer.
At 9AM we'll have a special Holy Eucharist worship gathering of our Kitley (Newbliss) and Rideau (Lombardy) congregations with our United Church siblings on the lawn at St. Andrew's United Church, Toledo. Please bring a lawn chair and stay for fellowship after if you're joining there.
At 11AM our commemoration will be during our Holy Eucharist worship at Christ Church, Athens.
At 5PM we'll commemorate this special day during Evening Prayer on the lawn at Elgin Community Centre. Please bring a lawn chair if you're joining there.

Join us at 10 AM tomorrow May 31st for a Regional LAM service with Potluck Lunch hosted by Christ Church Athens, 1 Elma St.
As this is a regional service, there will be no service at the Parish of Kitley in Newbliss tomorrow.

In ancient Greek, the relationship between the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is described as "perichoresis": peri="around" and chōreō="to go, or come". Or more simply, the dance of the Trinity.

We invite you to join us for a LAM Regional Trinity Sunday Service tomorrow, May 31st beginning at 10 AM at Christ Church Athens, 1 Elma St. Following the service, we encourage you to join us for a potluck lunch in the church basement hall.

All are welcome - Dancing is optional!
