ST. NINIAN PARISH FOUNDATION LOTTERY DRAW

St. Ninian Parish Foundation at P.O. Box 1021 Antigonish, N.S. B2G 2S3 is the licensee for the lottery.
1. Price Details and Eligibility
Vehicle Description:
A 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend
Condition:
New and unused
Value:
Approximate value of $44 264.00
Eligibility:
Players must be an individual, a resident within Canada, and at least 19 years of age to purchase a ticket. Only one name will be entered on a lottery ticket, and only one person is to win the prize.
Exclusions:
There are no restrictions regarding the purchase of tickets by members of any sponsoring organization or their families.
Geography:
Tickets can only be sold within Nova Scotia.
2. Ticket Sales and Pricing
Dates:
Ticket sales begin on March 1, 2026 and will conclude June 22, 2026. All tickets sold by midnight, June 22, 2026, will be eligible for the vehicle prize draw on June 27, 2026.
Pricing:
$50.00 per ticket
Limit:
There will be a minimum of 1000 tickets and a maximum of 2000 tickets sold. If less than 1000 tickets are sold, a draw date extension will be requested. If the tickets are still not sold after the extension, the draw will be cancelled.
Method of Payment:
Tickets may be purchased by cash, cheque, or credit card.
Validity:
Only tickets that have been verified as paid for are eligible to be entered for the draw.
3. Draw Procedure
Date, Time, and Location:
The draw for the vehicle will be held on June 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at St. Ninian Place on 2339 Notre Dame Avenue, Antigonish, Nova Scotia, B2G 2N5. The lottery is licensed to the St. Ninian Parish Foundation.
Upon approval from AGFT, in the event all tickets are sold by midnight May 24, then the vehicle draw will take place on May 30 at St. Ninian Parish Place, 2339 Notre Dame Ave., Antigonish, N.S. B2G 2N5 at 5:00 p.m. The winner will be announced at the time of the draw.
Method of Selection:
The ticket will be chosen by a random drum pull.
Witnesses:
Three members of the Board of St. Ninian Parish Foundation will oversee the draw.
Presences Not Required:
The winner does not have to be present to win.
Draw Control:
The draw will only be deemed valid and complete upon final confirmation and recording by St. Ninian Parish Foundation. The records of the St. Ninian Parish Foundation shall be deemed correct and final.
4. Winner Notification and Claiming
Notifications:
The winner will be notified via phone, mail, or email based on the information provided at purchase if not present at the time of the draw.
Proof of Identity:
The winner must produce valid identification matching the name on the winning ticket to claim the vehicle
Claim Period:
The winner will be given 90 days to claim their prize. After such time, the winner will forfeit their claim on the prize, and a subsequent draw will be made for the unclaimed prize.
Second Draw:
The winner of the second draw will be given 90 days to claim their prize. After such time, the St. Ninian Parish Foundation will contact Alcohol and Gaming Division (AGD) to discuss dissemination of the unclaimed prize.
5. Winners Responsibilities
Insurance & Registration:
The winner is responsible for license plates, insurance and registration fees for the vehicle.
Delivery:
The winner must pick up the vehicle at Keltic Motors at 90 Main Street, Antigonish, N.S., B2G 2N8.
Cash Option:
Vehicle prize winner may choose from the vehicle offered, or a cash alternative of $35 000 provided by the St. Ninian Parish Foundation. The winner must accept the cash alternative in person in the form of a cheque from the Foundation.
The winner of the prize will be required to declare their choice of the vehicle or cash alternative in writing. All decisions will be deemed final and the winner cannot substitute cash alternatives in the future if the vehicle is chosen.
6. Privacy and Liability
The winner consents to the release of their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket(s).
Prize claim is subject to any local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.
