I will bless the Lord who has given me counsel,my heart also instructs me in the night season.You will show me the path of life-Psalm 16:7,11.

There are seasons in our lives where things are not in alignment with what God is saying in His word concerning our lives, seasons where you are sick or there is a storm that has risen against you.

In that situation seek the counsel of God, in all things God has something to say.

📖Verse 7 says,when you seek Him your heart ,meaning your spirit, will instruct you,He will give you instructions on what to do.

📖Verse 11 says,He will show you the path of life not death,that instruction ,if you trust the One who has given it to you,is the way out for you,a breakthrough out of that night season.

We are almost at the end of the year.
A new year is just around the corner.

Many people write new year resolutions and plans .
Others encourage them by saying words like, you can do this,all you have to do is believe in yourself.

Wrong advice

Psalm 127 v 1says,unless the Lord builds the house its builders labour in vain.

It had never been about you,about self.
God has sent His only begotten son for us to believe in Him not ourselves.

Unless God is the pillar of your life,him whom we can do all things through ,not ourselves nor our strength, what we have written as resolutions,we have written it in vain.

check them at the end of the year,check how much you have accompanied through self,you are likely to find that there is nothing

God is the doer of all things.with him all things are possible.stop believing in self and engage the doer of all things,who will do all things for you.

Unless God is involved in that plan,that resolution,he who writes them writes them in vain.
Its in vain because those who are to run with the vision ,with that plan,that resolution were not involved in the first place.

In all that you are doing,make known your plans to God,he will make it prosper in the name of Jesus Christ of nazareth
