Today message: Continuation from last Service-THINGS WE HAVE HEARD AND SHOULD KEEP DILIGENTLY

Main Scripture: Hebrews 2:1

Last week we talked about Reverence/fear of the Lord as our first point to remember to keep DILIGENTLY. Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge. We mentioned that in order to fear the Lord or give Him the profound respect He deserve you ought to know Him for Who He is through reading the Word and you also ought to know what He has done.

Today we looked at the second point to keep DILIGENTLY. We learned partly about HOLINESS. When I say partly I mean there is more coming in the next service and we invite to come and hear for yourself in the coming service. The message was reviving and everyone was yearning for more.

Before I get lost in what I'm trying to say let me define HOLINESS the way we learned today. HOLINESS means to be set apart or be separated from yourself and the world. You are set apart for the purpose of God-what a privilege!

God has created you from the beginning as a unique person, placed above and distinguished from any other thing. But now we find ourselves acting and behaving anyhow like gentiles. WHY?
The answer is that we have drifted away from HOLINESS.

HOLINESS is the will of God for you brethren and it shapes your character and as a result helps you fulfill your God purpose and destiny.

True HOLINESS comes from God through a process called Sanctification and your role to as a Christian is to yield and be obedient to this process and God will do the rest.

Welcome back to the Year 2020 and believes that everything is going well because with God everything is possible and His Love is everlasting.

Yesterday we continued with our services for the Year 2020 and we have started a series of message titled THINGS WE MUST NEVER LET GO BUT KEEP WITH DUE DILIGENCE

Scripture Reference: Hebrews 2:1

It is a common practice that we Christians get the knowledge about our Lord God and comprehend with the word, act upon it and be obedient at all times especially when we are new coverts. As times goes on we tend to drift away because we have drifted from the foundational doctrine we have been taught and as a result we experience so many challenges of life such as fear, doubt, lack of peace in our souls and all the negative stuff.

The first point that recalls us from being drifted away is REVERANCE AND HONOR FOR GOD.

Do you reverance and honor God like before?

In conclusion the preacher of the day highlighted two things to help you fear/revarance God.
1. Know Him for Who He is through His word. Read stories of God in Old Testament
2. Know what He has done.

Today message: The importance of Consecration.

Scripture reference: 2 Chronicles 29:1-5, 15, 30-31

Consecration means to willingly dedicate oneself for a Holy purpose.

Consecration gives God permission to work in your life and the extent to which God can work in your life is dependent on the level of your state of your heart.

Other reference scriptures: 2 Corinthians 7:1, Nehemiah 4:6-10 and 2 Timothy 2:20-26

In conclusion of the message the church is encouraged to set aside 7 days commencing today for individual consecration.

Join us for prayer at 1730 hours to stand in the gap for yourself, family and your career or anything that is of importance in your life as guided by the Holy Spirit. Praying together is important as it edifies and unifies us. It uplifts us because sometimes as an individual it can be cumbersome to kneel down and pray and whenever prayerlife is down, the opportunity for the enemy to enter your life is presented.

Good evening the beloved

Today message was continuation of last week message titled CONFESSION BRINGS POSSESSION

The life you are in today is directly related to what you said in the past but the good news is you can rewrite your future by speaking good news from now onwards.

As the preacher concluded his message it is important to know that your past does not define, you still have a chance to define yourself.

Sunday :0900hours to 1300hours
Tuesday: 1730hours to 1830hours
Thursday: 1730 hours to 1830 hours
Friday: 2200 hours till morning

Sunday service are normal church service
Tuesday is prayer time where we pray for everything as led by the Holy Spirit

Thursday is a bible study program where everyone is given an opportunity to learn more about the Word. You get opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and seek more understanding by open discussions

Friday services are what we call all night but this is a special one where we do it differently. This gives you to do it the way you want, you can pray, sing or choose to be silent in meditation, the choice is yours. The essence of the service is to built more intimacy with the Lord
